The Strathcona Room can accommodate parties of up to 40 people, The Grill Room 28 people and The Flower Room 10 people. For Smaller parties tables of 2 or more can be reserved in the Grill room or Flower Room for lunch or dinner on any dates from Saturday 24th November to Sunday 23rd December 2018. New Years Day Curry and Quiz 22.00 per person Join us for our annual New Years Day evening Quiz Night, on Tuesday 1 st January 2019. It's a night of fun, humour and prizes. Teams (max 6 persons) are very welcome. 22.00 per person and includes, a two course Curry Supper, glass of wine or pint of beer. Supper is served from 6.30pm and the quiz starts at 8.00pm. Festive Afternoon Tea 14.95 per person Available throughout December from 12noon to 5.00pm Our delicious Festive Afternoon Tea includes Assam Tea or Herbal or Fruit Infusions, Colombian Coffee, a selection of Sandwiches, Mincemeat Bites, Cinnamon Doughnuts, Mini Eclairs, Home Made Scones with Jam and Cream, and a warming glass of Mulled Wine or warming spiced apple juice (non-alcoholic). Full payment is required 2 weeks before the dinner / lunch takes place and is non-refundable if any places are cancelled thereafter. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the balance has not been received by the due date. We would welcome the opportunity of showing you around the hotel and its facilities to discuss your exact requirements in more detail. Disco parties are available by arrangement. Terms and Conditions; 1.A non-returnable deposit of 10 per person or the Full Christmas Menu price will be taken on completion of a booking form, or 7 days after a provisional booking has been made. 2.Upon receiving payment, you will be sent written confirmation of your booking together with a receipt and menu pre order form. Please bring this receipt with you when you dine. Please note that one receipt/bill will be issued per party. 3.All monies payable in advance are strictly NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be used to pay for other goods or services. We ask the organiser of the party to make sure their guests are aware of this. 4.All Christmas Day Lunch bookings must be confirmed with a 20.00 deposit per person. Full prepayment is required by 1st December or bookings later than this full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation. 5.The balance should be made in full two weeks prior to the week of dining for Christmas meals. All payments by company cheque must be received seven working days prior to the date of event. 6.If you make a booking after these balance due dates, you will be required to pay the whole amount immediately. 7.Cancellations can be made at any time in writing to the 'Manager'. Please note only monies over and above the deposit will be refunded, when your cancellation is received before the balance due date. We reserve the right to ask for full payment of the balance of the meal/event if are made after the balance due date. 8.If posting the booking form please do not include cash. 9.All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
