This cocktail brings together the bright acidity of a natural wine, notes of wheat, cumin, flowers and apples, to evoke Rajasthan s agricultural and rural areas. Fennel Pollen, LBV Port, Mint 19.8% Western Bengal is at the bottle neck of India, stretching from the Himalayas in the north to the Bay of Bengal in the south. Served like a chilled red wine, cherry and hedgerow fruits mixed with anise and mint, create the crisp sensation of the mountainous environment of Northern Bengal.

This rich cocktail celebrates the aromatic properties of Kashmiri saffron and amplifies them with flavours of bay leaf, raisin and sticky medjool dates.
