General Information We are happy to customize a menu to suit your specific needs. Menu and Guest Count Policy - Final guest count must be guaranteed 7 business days prior to the date of your function. No reductions will be accepted after this time. The number charged is based on the function guarantee or the actual number in attendance, whatever is greater. If no final count is given, you will be billed for your highest estimated count. Menu selection is due 14 days before your event. Food Policy- Balzano s Catering will prepare the appropriate amount of food based on the final head count given for an event. Any left over food will remain the property of Balzano s Catering, unless the number of guests attending is under the number of guests given (and paid for) in the final head count. In this case, Balzano s may offer food to be taken from the premises; however, a waver of responsible food handling must be signed and dated before leaving the premises. Anyone who fails to sign a waiver may not leave with any food, regardless of the number of guests in attendance. No food can be brought into the facility by any outside caterers or by individuals without the consent and approval of Balzano s Catering. Service Charge and Tax - A 20% service charge and 6% sales tax will be added to your final invoice. No additional fees will be applied for cutting your wedding cake, serving coffee, or any other basic services rendered. Dessert - We offer coffee service after dinner and coffee station during the evening. Wedding cake will be cut and served following your cake ceremony at no additional charge. Balzano s Catering can also offer sheet cakes to be served in addition to your wedding cake, or offer cookie trays, ice cream, or other special touches for additional prices available upon request. Children - Dinner for children less than 10 years is half price. Children under 3 years are no charge. Special meals for children attending an event can be arranged and built into the menu for your event. Deposits and Invoices - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. This deposit is a flat rate depending on room usage. Payment in full is due three days prior to your function (in advance if you require). A 10% deposit is due on all off-premise catering. This is 10% of the estimated bill and will be credited toward the final bill, prior to the event. Room Rental Fees - We have room capacity for up to 220 guests in the Ballroom and up to 56 comfortably in each Upper and Lower Gallery, contingent upon layout at Rolling Pines. There is a 500.00 deposit to use the Ballroom and a 100.00 deposit per room in the Upper and Lower Galleries. Facility usage includes use of tables, chairs, and china, and a four-hour event. Weddings are five hours. Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of 200.00 per hour in the Ballroom and 100.00 per hour in Lower Level. Decoration Policy and Personal Items- Rooms will be provided the day of the event only for decoration and/ or set-up. If client is unavailable this day, Balzano s Catering staff will be responsible for placement of basic decorative items which include; centerpieces (pre-assembled), candles, alphabetized place cards, favors, cake knife and server, matches, personalized napkins, decorations for gift table, and other items of the like. Additional set-up arrangement can be made prior to the event. All items must be dropped off to the staff on the premises at least 24 hours prior to the event. Balzano s Catering, Rolling Pines, and all related staff and employees are not responsible for any property damage or loss. Clients are also allowed to arrange for a third party for these responsibilities. Balzano s Catering and Rolling Pines are not responsible for providing any third party with staff members or additional time in the facility, unless otherwise specified in advance. Please note that any personal items left on the tables or in the catering rooms are the reasonability of the client and guests. Tables will begin to be cleared immediately following the completion of the final course of the meal. Clients are responsible for removing any items brought in on the night of the event, unless other arrangements are made in advance through the catering coordinator.

General Information Continued Ceremony On-Site - Rolling Pines can provide clients with the Lower Gallery for a wedding ceremony seating up to 80 guests, with standing room available for additional guests. A 100.00 charge for use of the room, additional service and set up apply. Guests can also rent the Ballroom for ceremonies up to 220 guests. There will be a 200.00 additional fee for service and set up, payable to Balzano s. Linens - All packages purchased through Balzano s Catering include a basic linen package that include Ivory or White standard length tablecloths and colored napkins (many colors available). Upgrades to these packages are available to include floor length tablecloths, overlays, chair cover, sashes, and additional color options. Alcohol and Bar Purchases - Bar arrangements and specifics can be arranged through the catering coordinator and can be customized to include any package or combination of packages including: full open bar, consumption bar, beer and wine with soda, beer and soda, wine and soda, drink ticket purchases, sangrias, punches, and cash option. Hazard Bar can be available prior to an event start; beverage prices may vary. Rolling Pines holds a Pennsylvania State Liquor License and is required by law to uphold any and all responsibilities applicable.
