How to Book 1. Confirm the number in your party and your preferred dates. 2. Call us to check availability and make a booking. 3. Your booking will be held for 14 days. 4. On receipt of a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person your booking will be confirmed. 5. Full payment of the balance must be received by us no later than four weeks prior to the date of your booking together with your pre-order form. 6. Pre-orders for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve are required by 16 th December 2017. Like us on Facebook and enter our December Grand Draw to win a champagne meal for two and a night s stay with us. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, cereals containing gluten, and other allergens are present and our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, confirmation of allergen information will be available from early November to allow you to confirm your booking. The allergen information is, to the best of our knowledge correct; however, it is subject to change between the time of advance booking and time of dining. Our Fish may contain small bones. Private dining available in the Conservatory Restaurant for 40 to 50 guests and for larger parties the Boxmoor Lodge Marquee can cater from 80 to 120 guests. Parties of 20 and above are asked to choose from a maximum of three starters, three mains and three desserts.
