Winemaker Dinner Series Savor reputable wines masterfully paired with seasonally inspired menus at our Winemaker Dinners. Each dinner features a different winery, whom the Semiahmoo Culinary Team works with closely to thoughtfully craft each menu, complete with Champagne and appetizers offered upon arrival, three to five delectable courses, and a wine to pair with every course. These interactive dinners immerse you in the experience, as you learn about each course and how it pairs with a particular wine directly from our chefs and the winemakers. New York City saxophonist Nick Biello showcases a sextet of immense talent, featuring a meeting of East and West. Sublime West Coast brassmen Charlie Porter and David Marriott join a New York rhythm section of rising young stars consisting of Sebastian Ammann, Alex Tremblay and Jake Robinson. The group will debut new compositions and arrangements penned by Biello. Your ticket includes live jazz music and Chuckanut Bay Cheesecake.
