Rental Guidelines -Rental fees are due at time of booking and required to confirm reservations. -Rental fee not apply to cost of food, beverage or services. -$250 minimum spending requirement for luncheons. Rental Fees Saturday & Sunday Day: 11AM-2PM or 3PM-6PM - $60 Rental Fee Monday-Friday Day: 11AM-4PM - $30 Rental Fee Package Amenities & Additional Info -Unlimited soda, ice tea, water and coffee service for all guests. -Hosts and vendors allowed early access to the venue during set-up, up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. -Complimentary, customizable signage directing guests to your event. -Complimentary votive candles, on request. -Wood and marble tables (complimentary), or white linen tablecloth service ($10 Fee). Custom or max-capacity setups may require tablecloth service. -Complete setup and cleanup of venue space ($50 Cleaning Fee for confetti or glitter). -China, linen napkins, flatware and glassware for all food items and courses prepared in-house. -Outside desserts subject to a $15 Service Fee. Fee includes presentation, service and use of in-house china and flatware. -Pricing does NOT include 8.5% sales tax or 20% gratuity.
