Oscar Mayer New Item Cut In Execution 2 Hours per store have been allocated for this project 1. Discuss with Store/Meat Manager project details and location to be placed 2. Upon arrival, give a copy of the code sheet to the Pricing Specialist for tags to be created while you cut in the new items Please request Real Deal Tags at Stop & Shop and Giant Landover and Bonus Buy Tags at Giant Carlisle & Martin s 3. Remove any discontinued product and place in the meat cooler neatly, labeling the product as discontinued (please alert Meat Manager) 4. Locate the distribution of product in the backroom (product will be in the meat cooler) 5. Cut In the New Oscar Mayer UpLoaded Lunchables, Duos and Selects Chicken Breast Hot Dog 6. Fill the shelf with product according to the planogram provided 7. Apply all tags to each new item per step #2 above 8. Make sure the Meat Manager or Non-Perishable Manager places the new Oscar Mayer items into the CAO system for replenishment purposes 9. Make sure the shelf is full, pulled forward and workspace is clean 10. Verify with the Meat & Store Manager that he/she is satisfied with cut in and placement 11. Communicate any issues to your Acosta Manager so they can contact the Kraft CRM to address any issues 6
