The price schedules are the responsibility of the management of the Grape Growers of Ontario. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these schedules based on our audit. We conducted our audit in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards. Those standards require that we plan and perform an audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the financial information is free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial information. An audit also includes, where applicable, assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial information. In our opinion, these price schedules present fairly, in all material respects, the agreed upon prices of 2010 grapes for processing, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement for Marketing the 2010 and 2011 Crops of Classes 5 to 10f inclusive grapes for processing under the Grape Growers of Ontario marketing plan for processing dated July 8, 2010.
