LUNCH OPTIONS CONTACT US FOR OPTIONS & PRICING For lunch group larger than 10 people we require special accommodations. We offer great options for large groups and ask that you contact us for availability and pricing. Due to normal operation hours there may be limited availability and/or a site fee.
WINE, BEER, & HORS D OEUVRES RECEPTION Enhance your experience by offering your guests a cocktail hour reception of wine, sparkling wine & beer. This is a great way for your party members to meet and mingle before sitting to dinner. Standard pricing is $25 per person and includes the Niner wines you ve selected for served dinner, two passed appetizers and cheese boards. Liquor is not permitted. Full beverage service is provided by Niner Wine Estates. No outside beverages are allowed. Private Tours & Tastings We d be happy to arrange a private tour & tasting for your guests. Options range from a tour of the Craft Winery where guests can see our Pinot Noir winemaking to a tour of our Solar Powered and SIP Certified Main Winery to a quick jaunt through the vineyard. THE FINE PRINT All the other details that we haven t quite had the chance to mention yet Blackout Dates Due to harvest the Craft Winery may be unavailable for use August-November Transportation & Parking Niner Wine Estates has adequate parking to accommodate your event. Niner does not provide shuttle or large group transportation. Niner has a list of recommended shuttle and bus service vendors in the area to accommodate. Hours of Operation There is no charge for setup in advance of the event, but please keep in mind that we are open for business until 5:00pm, so all venues may not be accessible until after business hours. All events must be concluded by 11:00pm unless otherwise arranged. Reserving Your Date & Payment Details A 20% non-refundable deposit accompanied by a signed proposal is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied to your costs the day of the event. Final Payment is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to your event. Any on consumption items will be charged to a credit card on file at the end of your event unless otherwise specified Additional Fees 20% Service Fee applied to event total Tax (currently 8%) subject to change Additional services or special requests, customizations etc. Cancellation & Refund Policy The 20% deposit is non-refundable Final agreement of BEO is due 14 days before the event Cancellation 7 days before scheduled event no refund
