Meet the Chef Douglas Callegario, a young chef born and raised in Brazil, got his college degree in Gastronomy: Culinary Arts, Nutrition and Hospitality. After working in Los Angeles and Seattle he is ready to run his own shop in Chicago! Douglas specialty is GOOD FOOD: fresh, creative, handmade and delicious! I think that a healthy food needs to be a tasty food as well. That s what I look for. Food good for you is that one that pleases both our sense and ourselves. Give the new a chance!
