2007 Bodegas Puelles Reserva D.O.C. Blend: 94% Tempranillo, Mazuelo, Garnacha, Graciano, selected from the best grapes Vineyard: 1900 ft. Aging: 24 months in 50% American oak, 50% French oak Tasting notes: Extremely supple with polished tannins and a pure expression of fruit. Lots of violets, purple and blue fruit, with a touch of savory earth and tobacco on the finish. Absolutely perfect with tapas and easy enough to sip on its own. 2004 Bodegas Puelles Zenus D.O.C. With this wine, I want to express the character of the land, and microclimate that make up our vineyards in Ábalos Blend: 95% Tempranillo, 3% Mazuelo, 2% Graciano Vineyard: 1800-1940 ft. Specific plots of 40-year-old vines. Aging: 24 months in 20% American oak, 80% French oak. 8 years in the bottle Tasting notes: Red and black ripe fruit, licorice, coffee, leather, nutmeg, pepper, balsamic and forest floor. Excellent structure with good balance between fruit, tannin and perfectly integrated. It has character, elegance and a round finish.

2009 Bodegas Puelles Molino de Puelles D.O.C. It is a wine with structure, with 15 months in the barrel, discreet acidity and wood, with a very long finish in which red and black fruit appears - Jesús Blend: 100% Tempranillo Vineyard: 9 year old vines at 2030 ft., certified organic Aging: 15 months in 30% American oak, 70% French oak. Tasting notes: Earthy, with brick, dried fruits and lightly roasted berry aromas. The palate is lean and agile, with perky cherry, raspberry and light vanilla flavors.
