When you arrive you can choose from our Offshoot Tasting, Classic Flight and the Get Obsessive Tasting. Our SIP Experience and all Group Tastings (9+ people) must be booked in advance. Offshoot Tasting This complimentary tasting features emerging varieties and styles that are not always traditionally produced in the Hunter Valley. It s the same Scarborough Verdelho, Vermentino, Pinot Noir Rosé and Red Blend you love with a brand new look.
