Elysium Black Muscat Halves, Quady 5.50 26.00 (California, USA) The vibrant acidity balances beautifully with the sweetness of this wine making it a very refreshing drop. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, Quady 3.50 (California, USA) The objective was to give equal weight to the vinosity of the base wines (a mixture of Colombard and Orange Muscat) and to the selection of botanicals e.g. dried herbs including lavender, angelica and spices such as cinnamon which are subtle on the palate. Vya Sweet Vermouth, Quady 3.50 (California, USA) Complex warm and spicy notes originate from the use of over 17 herbs and spices which creates a beautiful balance between the bitter elements from the botanicals and the sweetness of the base. Starboard Batch 88, Quady 5.75 (California, USA) Rich and spicy, port-like wine with luscious ripe blackberry, raisin and chocolate truffle flavours on the palate and a fine acidity and soft tannins. 11
