Creation. Pinots from Heaven (2) Last weekend saw Creation Wines participating in the 5th annual Hemel-en-Aarde Pinot Noir Celebration by hosting an event titled Burgundy meets Creation. The glittering occasion featured a brunch pairing showing Creation s award-winning Pinot Noir portfolio along with a special selection from Domaine Philippe Colin in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy where he currently has one Grand Cru and nine Premier Crus. Guests were welcomed with a glass of the crisp and elegant Elation MCC accompanied by a delectable spread of canapés such as Deep-fried Smoked Duck, Beetroot and Pinot Salt Ravioli with Cheese Mousse, Pistachio and Raspberry.
