WHAT IS WHISTLE DIXIE? Whistle Dixie, an old idiom meaning to fantasise in a rosy fashion, often said to someone who wishfully hopes to achieve more than most would think practically possible. For us Whistle Dixie was a place you were told to go if you were pushing expectation beyond reason or belief. So, we pushed it even further and built a place we could fantasise to our hearts content. A café meets bar location where good food, good drinks and good times are on offer morning noon and night. Our food is made with passion, love and plenty of seasonal Aussie ingredients. Its our goal to make sure your food and drinks are as amazing as the friends you met here or brought with you. We will always do our best to accommodate any reasonable request.
