Breakfast

Apple Cinnamon Cereal 2. Bring 3.5 cups water to a boil, add contents of this package into boiling water and stir. 3. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Maple Multi-Grain 2. Bring 3.5 cups water to a boil, add contents of this package into boiling water and stir. 3. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Granola 2. Serve by adding milk or soy milk. 3. Can also be enjoyed plain. Strawberry Granola Crunch 2. Combine contents of this package with 2 cups cold water. 3. Stir until powder is dissolved Powdered Eggs 1. Add 2 1/2 Tablespoons dry whole egg powder to 2 1/2 Tablespoons of warm water 2. Mix well. 2. Cook as desired. Equivalent to 1 whole egg. It is not necessary to reconstitute whole egg powder when using with other dry ingredients, simply increase liquid requirements by necessary amount.

Desserts

Vanilla Yogurt 1. Combine Yogurt Flavored Dessert Mix with 1 cup water and mix well. 2. Let stand 5 minutes and stir well before serving. 3. Serve Vanilla Pudding 1. Combine Pudding Mix with 2 cups water and mix well. 2. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. 3. Serve Chocolate Pudding 1. ADD WATER. Combine contents of pouch with 1 2/3 cups water. 2. STIR. Stir well and let stand 5 minutes before serving. 3. SERVE. Strawberry Mousse 1. ADD WATER. Combine contents of pouch with 1 1/2 cups water. 2. STIR. Stir well and let stand 15 minutes before serving. Chill in refrigerator for best results. 3. SERVE.

Vegetables & Sauces

For All Sauces Alone 1. Combine Sauce Mix with 1 ½ cups water in a medium sauce pan and mix well. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cover and remove from heat. 4. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce with Vegetables 1. Combine Sauce mix with 1 ½ cups water and contents of vegetable pouch in a medium sauce pan. Mix well. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cover and remove from heat. 4. Let stand 12-15 minutes. Vegetables Only 1.Bring ½ cup water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. 2. Stir in contents of vegetable pouch, remove from heat and cover. 3. Let stand 12-15 minutes, or until vegetables have reached desired tenderness.

Fruits & Sauces

Pudding Alone 1. Combine Pudding Mix with 2 cups water and mix well. 2. Let stand 5 minutes, or until thickened. Pudding with Fruits 1. Combine pudding mix with 2 ¼ cups water and contents of fruit pouch and mix well. 2. Let stand 15 minutes, or until fruit is desired softness. Caramel Sauce Alone 1. Combine Caramel Sauce Mix with ½ cup water in a medium sauce pan and mix well. 2. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Caramel Sauce with Fruit 1. Combine Caramel Sauce mix with ½ cup water and contents of fruit pouch in a medium sauce pan and mix well. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. remove from heat and let stand 12 minutes, or until fruit is desired softness. Yogurt Alone 1. Combine Yogurt Flavored Dessert Mix with 1 cup water and mix well. 2. Let stand 5 minutes and stir well before serving. Yogurt with Fruits 1. Combine Yogurt Flavored Dessert Mix with 1 ¼ cup water and contents of fruit pouch and mix well. 2. Let stand 15 minutes, or until fruit is to desired softness. 3. Stir well before serving. Fruits Alone 1. Bring 1 cup was to a boil in a medium sauce pan. 2. Add fruit pouch contents, remove from heat and cover for 10-12 minutes, or until fruit has reached desired softness.

Meat/Protein

Chicken 1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Southwest Style Chicken 1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Teriyaki Style Chicken 1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Stroganoff Beef 1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Cheesy Beef 1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Savory Beef 1. Bring ¾ cup of water to a boil. 2. Add contents from 1 pouch into boiling water and stir. 2. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Uncover and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Long Grain Rice 1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. 2. Add 1 cup of rice from pouch into boiling water and stir. 3. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 5 to 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Rice with Meat 1. Bring 1 ¼ cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in protein pack and one cup of rice. 3. Turn off heat, cover and let stand for 12 minutes stirring occasionally.

Beverages

Chocolate Delight For one serving: 1. Combine 3 tablespoons Chocolate Whey Milk Alternative with 1 cup room temperature water 2. Stir until dissolved. 3. Chill if desired. For full pouch: 1. Combine contents of Chocolate Whey Milk Alternative pouch with 6 cups room temperature water. 2. Stir until dissolved. 3. Chill if desired. Orange Delight 1. Add 2 tbsp of orange beverage mix to 1 cup (8 oz) cold water. 2. Mix well. 3. Enjoy Whey Milk For one serving: 1. Combine 2 tablespoons Dry Milk Alternative with ¼ cup room temperature water. 2. Stir until dissolved. 3. Add an additional ¾ cup room temperature or cold water and stir. 4. Chill if desired. For full pouch: 1. Combine contents of Dry Milk Alternative pouch with 3 cups room temperature water and stir until dissolved. 2. Add an additional 9 cups room temperature or cold water and stir. 3.Chill if desired.
