The Hogmanay Bash Another Year, Another Fabulous celebration at Castlecary! Bring in 2018 with The Castlecary House Party with resident DJ. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco, sit down to a 5-course dinner followed by entertainment and of course a countdown to the bells and a Scottish welcome 2018. Stovies will be served thereafter. Terms and Conditions of Booking with Castlecary Hotel. Please read before making a booking. 1. These conditions apply to all guests attending Christmas programme events at Castlecary Hotel. Once bookings are taken and payments made, these are nonrefundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 2. All events are subject to availability and all provisional Christmas programme bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking and deposits and balances payable as shown. Any bookings not confirmed within 7 days with payment will be released without further notification. 3. All balances for Christmas Party Nights and Hogmanay must be paid in full no nd later than one month prior to the event date. Any bookings made after 2 November will be subject to full payment at time of booking. Bookings made within 7 days of event will also be payable in full at time of booking. 4. All other payments due as detailed in brochure. 5. Children are charged as detailed in this brochure. 6. All group bookings and payments for 6 persons or more must be made by one person only and all deposits made in one payment and all balances made in one payment. No individual payments for the group will be accepted. 7. We regret that should your party numbers decrease in number, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, beverages or accommodation. 8. If the final amount is not settled in advance by due date (as per point 2 above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 9. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking. Menus are also subject to change without notice. 10. Menu choices and entertainment advertised may be subject to change without prior notice without further liability to the hotel. 11. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel an event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location offered (at hotel's discretion), without any further liability to hotel. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the hotel will not be held responsible for any difficulty in attending the event and payment terms will hold as above. 12. No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted in to the hotel events by party organisers or guests. Those found to be in possession will be ejected from the premises. 13. If a booking has been made, the hotel is entitled to cancel the booking without liability. 14. The hotel reserves the right to amend entertainment as advertised and will not be responsible in the event of the entertainment no show on any given night. 15. Special overnight room rates are offered subject to availability and are based on max 2 persons sharing a classic double or twin room in the hotel cottage buildings.

Check in from 3pm and get ready for your party night at Castlecary, party the night away and then enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast the next morning served until 10am. Check out by 11am. Hogmanay overnight accommodation is a special rate of 80 per room (max 2 sharing) for those attending our Hogmanay Bash.
