Bockwurst Bockwurst is a typical German sausage and is one of the most popular varieties within the German community. The sausage is traditionally made from ground veal and pork and is flavoured with white pepper, paprika and other spices, then smoked. Our Bockwurst sausages are wonderful when grilled and should be enjoyed, with a dollop of mustard and an ice cold beer. For something differrent, cut the sausage into 50mm lengths, make a cross-shaped incision on each end approx. 5mm deep, then deep fry for a few minutes until the ends flare out.
