VAL/1 /Add.2/Suppl.6 Page 2 COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1012/84 of 10 April 1984 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1577/81 establishing a system of simplified procedures for the determination of the customs value of certain perishable goods THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1224/80 of 28 May 1980 on the valuation of goods for customs purposes ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3193180 (7), and in particular Article 16q (3) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1577/81('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3063/82 (4), established a system of simplified procedures for the determination of the customs value of certain perishable goods; whereas subsequent perience gained by Member States has demonstrated the need to modify the list of goods set out in Ann I to that Regulation and at the same time to adapt Ann Il; Whereas the provisions of this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Customs Valuation Comrnittee, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: A rticle 1 The Annes to Regulation (EEC) No 1577/81 are replaced by the Annes to this Regulation.
