A hugely intoxicating and original sip. Rift 69 Gamay Noir, Loron et Fils, France 30 What s not to like? It s sulphite free for a start with a beautiful blackberry and herb nose. Bold and brilliant with a satisfyingly long finish. Small Lot Blend Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino County, USA 32 Wonderful. It s spicy and warming with currants, plum and vanilla. A full bodied hug in a glass. Terrazas Reserva Malbec, Argentina 36 Pronounced tannins and a really full body mean that this isn t a wine for the faint hearted.
