What s in a Lilly s Ravioli? Our fillings are made from fresh, all natural ingredients, no can openers required. We sauté our vegetables and prepare our meats and seafood right in our own kitchen. Lilly s ravioli contain about 80% filling, 20% pasta, and 0% air, thanks to our unique piston-filling mechanism. Since our ravioli are always fresh-frozen, never precooked, we can fill the raw pasta dough with much more of the good stuff without worrying about them breaking or bursting. All Ravioli ship flash-frozen and can be cooked directly from a frozen state.
