Call our creative event coordinators today to discuss a customized catering menu. DROP OFF CATERING Room temperature food will be displayed on white disposable catering trays and hot food is delivered in heavy aluminum foil pans. If the food requires reheating or catering staff, your event coordinator will let you know. Holiday Season Orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance. A 50% deposit is required to book your date and catering staff. Final head counts and payment balances are due 10 days prior to your event. You may increase your head count up to 48 hours before your event date. However, you may not decrease your total after the final count date.
