Gently run a spoon underneath all of the flesh to remove the perfect slices. Wash & cut the top and bottom off the tomato and discard ends. Cut remaining tomato into four slices. Arrange the avocado, tomato and lettuce on a platter and put in fridge until meal is ready. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 3 Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes or russet potatoes into approximately 3/4 inch thick fries. Put potatoes into gallon zip bag and add 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. ground pepper. Close bag containing all ingredients and shake until all ingredients evenly coat the potato fries. 4 Place potato fries on a large baking sheet. Lay them evenly so that none of them are covering another potato. Put in oven and bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until tender on inside and slightly crisp on the outside. Don t over cook. 5 7 To the bowl, add ground turkey, 1/2 Tbs. minced onion, 1/2 Tbs. chopped parsley, 3/4 tsp. freeze dried minced garlic, 1 1/4 Tbs. Italian bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. ground pepper, 1/2 tsp. ranch powder and 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. If done turn off oven and crack the door open leaving fries in and staying warm until burgers are done. Chop 1/2 Tbs. fresh parsley. In a medium mixing bowl add one egg white only and lightly beat with a fork or whisk. 6 Form meat mixture into 2 equal sized balls. Form these very firmly in your hands. After forming into balls, press each one down forming them into patties that are roughly 3/4 inch thick. Over medium heat warm 1 Tbs. olive oil in a large frying pan, preferably non-stick. Once oil is warm gently place patties into pan for 3 minutes on that side 8 Add barbecue sauce and mayonnaise to a small bowl and stir. This will be your tangy fry sauce. After burgers have cooked on first side for 3 minutes, flip and cook other side until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Slice Kaiser buns in half ready for when burgers are done.
