County Milk has its own milk processing facilities, supplied direct from its own farmer partners to make a variety of dairy ingredients, some of which are detailed below. By having our own factories CMP can supply bespoke and fully traceable dairy ingredients from cow to customer. With upwards of 25 years experience supplying liquid dairy products, you can trust the County Milk team to provide exactly what you need, when you need it. Our core selection of liquid dairy ingredients are all suitable for further processing and are delivered chilled, in bulk tankers of up to 28,000 litres. Unpasteurised ex Farm Milk Sourced from our own contracted Red Tractor certified producers but also available with the provenance of Organic, English, Scottish, Welsh, West Country etc designation. Further processing into liquid sales or manufactured into Dairy powders, butter or cheeses. Skimmed Milk Sourced from our own processing/approved supplier sites. Typically 9% total solids and 0.15% fat. Further processing into liquid sales, cultured products or powder. Concentrates: Skimmed Milk Buttermilk Whey Whey Permeate Whole Milk Sourced mostly from our own processing sites. Typically evaporated to 35-37% total solids. They are vital ingredients for many products - some of the more common applications include cakes, laminated pastries, ice creams, sauces and soups. The flavour and performance of Butter against alternatives, makes it unique. County Milk Products is a leading supplier of Creamery butter, made from pasteurised fresh cream, which is then aged and churned. We use cream of the highest quality, sourced from certificated UK and EU approved Dairy processing sites and available in typically 25kg cartons. Delivery is from Chilled, Tempered or Frozen conditions to customer requirements. AMF/Butteroil can be packed in pails, boxes or Bulk tankers. Ghee is packed in branded 500g,1kg, 2kg cans, or 25kg cartons. Sweet Cream Butter Unsalted/Salted Churned from fresh cream in our processing facilities/eu approved suppliers. Processed Cheese Butteroil Anhydrous Milk Fat Butteroil Ghee Further separation of butter fat from cream and moisture removal to give min 99.8% fat. Clean Dairy flavour. Made from Butter or Cream to give min 99.6% fat and consistent melting point.. Bakery Ice Cream Chocolate Ghee Pure Butter Ghee is made from Cream / Butter.
