Meet Antoine TONY Gabriel: Tony is the chef and owner of Gabriel Catering. He is a native of Lebanon where he graduated from culinary school in 1980. In 1985 he was selected from a large list of applicants to be the chef for Lebanese & French cuisine restaurant in Rosslyn, VA.
