Energy and resource saving, environmentally friendly technological complexes: Reversing screw press (Extruder) and Mill-activator for carbon-containing and mineral materials.
Quality Group Belgorod company concluded partnership agreement with BriqTech, LLC in. This agreement gives the opportunity to increase production of energy and resource saving, environmentally friendly technological complexes of equipment in the near future and to heighten interest in this equipment not only in Russia but around the world by implementing new innovation technologies.
Extruder is reversing screw press used to form fine-dispersed, prepared material after batch dosing into construction materials or fuel briquettes, granules in the form of continuous rod or pieces of cylindrical or other form and specified length.

Millet briquette Wood scrap briquette after milling
Metal industry wastes generated during metal and alloy manufacture. As scale briquettes are multipurpose material, they can be used in such areas of production as blast-furnace, electric steelmaking, ferroalloy, foundry industry.
Metal industry wastes generated during metal and alloy manufacture. Dag briquettes Steel shot W ABRAZIV briquette
Charcoal briquettes Shisha coal
Peat and manure bio-briquette Briquettes set (coal, droppings, peat, lignin) Manure and droppings briquettes are mostly useful as fertilizer.
Briquettes burning
Briquettes of precious metals fine wastes from refining
Lignite coal (Ushumun) Briquettes made of coal and cherry plum with grass
Briquettes for extreme situations (survival briquettes) Our company produces briquettes of long-term burning for individual heating and cooking. These briquettes are useful for fishermen, hunters, geologists, drivers, military personnel, tourists and gardeners. Briquettes can be used during winter maintenance of drilling and quarry equipment, engines, for engine case heating, heating of greenhouses, tents, shelters, basements and etc.
Briquettes for extreme situations (survival briquettes) Briquettes are made of environmentally friendly carbon-containing materials without hazardous chemical substances. Density is 700kg/m3, heat value is 7000kcal/kg. Average size is Ø40 *80-90mm. Burning time of one briquette is from 4 to 5 hours. Burning temperature is no more than 800 C. Briquettes are burning without visible open flame, wisp of smoke and smell only during ignition. They can be ignited by matches, lighter, flint (rub some briquette dust) or lens (during sunshine). Storage period is 12 months. Waterproof packing is possible.
