The exquisite event is limited to 100 guests each day, with tickets available on a first come, first served basis from October 8 at www.dblongestlunch.com. From 12.30 to 4 p.m. on 23 and 24 November, Tai Pak Beach in Discovery Bay will turn into a spectacular gastronomic carnival with the fiesta-style menu by Michelin-star chef Harlan Goldstein of Gold and The Strip House in Central and music on the beach. The gourmet feast begins with free flow canapés on the beach, appetizer of Forest Mushroom Tart, and Wild Rocket Salad with Castermagno Cheese; followed by Harlan Goldstein's main course options of BBQ-grilled Black Angus Rib-Eye Steak or Salmon Steak, with Mediterranean Farro Salad, Macadamia Nut Pesto and Roasted Garlic Jus; or Penne Pasta with Traditional Mediterranean Tomato & Basil sauce. Flamboyant dessert is Harlan G s new creation Yummy Yummy Chocolate Cake with Amaretto Custard and Popping Candy.
