Priorat Natur S.A., founded in 1997, is an enterprise dedicated to the artisanal elaboration of local food products, such as olive oil, olives, jams, nuts, etc. Their founders, Xavi and Anna, are a young enthusiastic couple who decided to leave the city life behind and start promoting the gastronomical wealth of their home region, the Priorat region, located in southern Catalonia (Spain). Priorat Natur s philosophy is based on a huge respect towards the Priorat land and its ancient culinary tradition. For this reason, their products are 100% natural, free from additives and preservatives, and they are elaborated in small batches following old recipes, transmitted by word of mouth.
