Local Products Locally produced products are used where possible and all our eggs are free range. We currently hold the Good Egg and Good Dairy Award and are in the process of applying for Soil Association Certification. We also use a local Fruit and egetable supplier and some of our bakery items are produced locally. Healthy Choice Sandwiches and rolls are provided on a selection of breads including wholemeal, granary & white and for a healthy choice we can also provide wraps & Pitta bread, we also use sunflower spread. Splenda is available as an alternative to sugar. Fruit & yogurts are available as a healthy alternative to our creamy desserts. Sustainability Catering Services will endeavour to supply all hot & cold drinks and buffets with crockery & cutlery. All buffets will be presented on reusable buffet flats. No disposables will be used unless absolutely necessary. If you require compostable disposables, please stipulate in your order. Hospitality Services have moved away from the use of disposable equipment where possible to the use of reusable boxes and buffet flats.
