We are the only venue in the Midlands where your delegates can enjoy their canapés under the wings of a Spitfire, or dine alongside a talking robot. EVENT SUITE Hiring the Event Suite gives you your own dedicated entrance plus a reception area to meet and greet your guests. The space itself offers 300m 2 of flexible, blank canvas space. You can use our partition walls to divide the space into one, two or three areas. We offer inbuilt AV and projectors in two of the spaces. Complimentary WiFi for you and your guests comes as standard. If you need something more complex, we ve got great specialist suppliers on hand that can bring in additional equipment if you require. What s more, the Event Suite is situated next to the Futures Gallery. Perfect for your arrival refreshments, some lunchtime inspiration or an extra special drinks reception at the end of a hard day s work. THINKTANK THEATRE A tiered, 180 seat auditorium. For large presentations the Thinktank Theatre offers a great alternative, and with projection on to three screens within the auditorium your guests will be thoroughly engaged and immersed in your presentation. You ll have use of our projectors, microphones and sound system to get the very best from your event. Plus, with technical support throughout your event, it ll be smooth sailing for you and your guests. PLANETARIUM A 69 seat digital planetarium with luxury seating. Our digital planetarium offers you a unique opportunity to wow your delegates with a unique and immersive experience! The domed theatre is 10m in diameter with 69 luxury seats. Use this space to deliver a presentation that is out of this world! Or why not book one of our 35 360-degree shows to inspire your delegates? You can chose from diving deep under the ocean, exploring the stars and planets or even just being immersed in music and light. A great post-lunch activity during a conference, a chance to re-engage your guests before your afternoon presentations begin.
THE PAST GALLERY Another of our four floors of fascinating gallery space! This one is dedicated to the industrial heritage of Birmingham, complete with steam engines, cars and trains plus great views of our Spitfire and Hurricane planes. We can accommodate dining on this floor for up to 200 people or drinks receptions for 350. A fascinating and unusual space to entertain! THE FUTURE GALLERY This gallery showcases space exploration, robots and even scientists predictions for the future. Here your guests can take their inspiration from the latest technology, or get to grips with innovative inventions. The space can accommodate dining for up to 50 people or drinks receptions for 150 guests. You can even start your event with breakfast in this gallery to spark your delegates imagination and set the tone for a unique and inspiring day!
LIGHT BITES TO FINE DINING Whether it s canapés, a buffet or a fine dining experience, you can be sure that even guests with the most discerning taste buds will be delighted with our food and drink on offer. We source fresh ingredients daily, offer organic and seasonal options and can cater for all manner of dietary requirements. Need a halal option? Perhaps your delegates are vegan or require gluten-free no problem! We have an array of delightful menus for you to choose from, but if you re looking for something particularly special our in-house team can work with you to produce a bespoke menu to meet your particular needs. Food is our forte! If you think our spaces are impressive, wait until you see our menus! Our inhouse expert team have even catered for royalty, so you know you re in safe hands with us.
