TANGY MAYO Combine Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Hellmann s Ketchup and whisk until smooth. Spread tangy mayo on each side of the bun, then add a grilled beef patty. LEMON-HERB MAYONNAISE Mix together Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, lemon zest, herbs and Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder. Combine black pepper, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, garlic, black beans, bell pepper, onion, toasted cumin seeds and Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Powder. Shape patties, about 170G each. Coat sauté pan lightly with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Fry patties lightly browned on both sides and heated through. Chill until use. VEGETABLE SLAW Sauté vegetables in melted butter and season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder, allow to cool down slightly. BUFFALO SAUCE Combine all four sauces simply by whisking or blending. Grill chicken patties until cooked, about 4 minutes each side. Season with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder. Place a slice of cheese on each. Toast the buns, then spread blue cheese mayo on each half of the bun. Layer with lettuce, then the chicken patty with some buffalo sauce. Top off with the vegetable slaw and top of the bun. 9 10

BUTTERY CROISSANTS ADD A MODERN TWIST TO YOUR SANDWICH SELECTION, WHILE THE COLD CHICKEN SALAD IS QUICK AND EASY TO PREPARE. BY PLAYING WITH DRIED FRUITS AND NUT FILLINGS DINERS WILL NEVER BE BORED. CHICKEN SALAD CROISSANT CHICKEN SALAD 2KG Chicken breast, grilled 300G Apple, finely diced 200G Grapes, halved 100G Celery, finely diced 15G Parsley, chopped 30G Colman s Wholegrain Mustard 20G Knorr Lime Seasoning 5G Pepper 600G Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise 50G Walnuts 10PC Croissants 500G Tomato, sliced 300G Lettuce, mixed CHICKEN SALAD Season and grill the chicken breasts, cool down and chop into small cubes or shred. Prepare vegetables and herbs accordingly, either small dice or roughly chopped. Mix chicken, Colman s Wholegrain Mustard, vegetables, fruits and herbs. Season with pepper and Knorr Lime Seasoning. Add Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise and the walnuts, mix well. Slice open the croissants and layer lettuce at the bottom before placing the chicken salad mix inside. PUMPKIN CHUTNEY 800G Pumpkin, diced 10G Cinnamon, powder 50G Curry paste 100G Brown sugar 5G Salt BLUE CHEESE MAYO 200G Blue cheese 500G Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise 10PC Burger buns 700G White beans, soaked 700G Yellow lentils 200G Onion, brunoise 50G Garlic paste 50G Curry paste 3PC Eggs 70G Thyme GARNISH 300G Asian green leaves 100G Pumpkin seeds Serve with pumpkin wedges or sweet potato fries for extra flavour. PUMPKIN CHUTNEY Put all of the ingredients, except sugar and salt, in a large pan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer till pumpkin is tender. Add the sugar and salt, return to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer again for one hour till the mixture is thick. Ladle the chutney into hot sterilised jars and seal. MAYO Simply mix the blue cheese into Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise. Put the burger together with pumpkin chutney and the crispy baked bean burger on top. Mash the avocado and add Knorr Lime Seasoning before mixing with Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise. New York Beef Shawarma Marinade the beef with Knorr Beef Shawarma Marinade before pressing firmly together and moulding into a burger. Cook the burger on both sides on a high heat. Slice the burger bun open and grill cut side down on a skillet. Grill the veal bacon and set aside. Place the avocado mayo on the bottom bun, veal bacon on top of that and then the beef burger patty. Next top that with the goat s cheese mayo and sliced cheese. Melt the cheese under the salamander and top off with pickled onions. Serve with sweet potato fries and Hellmann s Ketchup. 15 16

ASIAN MAYO 30ML Ginger juice 500G Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise 50G Knorr Lime Seasoning 10G Wasabi paste 1.5KG Tuna steaks 30G Knorr Ikan Bilis Fish Powder 10PC Burger buns 5PC Nori sheets 200G Asian salad leaves PICKLED CUCUMBERS Dissolve the sugar in vinegar over medium heat, cool down. Add the sesame oil and sliced cucumber. Allow to marinate for a few hours. DID YOU KNOW? Nori is the Japanese name for dried edible seaweed sheets made from a species of red algae called Porphyra. PICKLED RED ONIONS Bring apple cider vinegar to a boil. Remove from heat and add vegetables. Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill. Season and cook patties to desired temperature. HAWAIIAN SAUCE Combine honey, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, sriracha sauce and sesame oil. Reduce mixture slowly by half. Refrigerate and mix with Hellmann s Real Mayonnaise once cold. Combine ground beef and lamb and form into 10 patties of 180G each. Season patties with Knorr Beef Shawarma Marinade. Cook patties to desired doneness and top with cheese. Sliced the pressed canned beef product into 50G pieces. Grill them and season. Grill the pineapple slices. Spread Hawaiian sauce on the toasted buns, add the meat patty with its melted cheese.
