Welcome Hello, and welcome to my website. alwayskissthecook.com came about as an expression of the joy of my journey as a new bride, to young mother, and then to grandmother; cooking with and for those who mean the most to me, my family and friends. Originally the recipes were put down on paper for the young cooks in my family, but I began to realize that there are many people who would like to prepare and share a holiday meal, but who don't have an action plan ready to actually make it happen. With my Step by Step Holiday PDF E-Cookbooks, created for you, all of the decisions and details have been planned out. From the grocery store to the table, you may confidently create delicious and memorable holiday meals by following the provided menus, grocery lists, recipes, and day by day checklists. My Cook's Collection PDF E-Cookbook Series offers you access to an assortment of recipes from your smart phone, tablet, PC and laptop; with the capacity to be printed, for your convenience. You will need a PDF reader, such as Adobe reader, to read this E-Cookbook, which has been created in PDF format. The next holiday is right around the corner, and together we can make your kitchen a place where they will always kiss the cook! Sincerely,

1 How to Begin This Step by Step Holiday PDF E-Cookbook has been thoughtfully planned out for you to the smallest of details. At your leisure, please take a few minutes to skim through each page to familiarize yourself with the content. From there you may work out your own particular strategy, as to how this cookbook will work best for you. You may decide that you would like to make the entire meal by yourself, or you may prefer to have others help by having them take a recipe to make, and bring to your holiday meal. Whatever you choose, the goal of this cookbook is to help you get a wonderful holiday meal onto the table with less holiday stress, and to free you to be able to add on your own creative touches. With that in mind, if you are very busy, and can't make everything yourself, feel free to purchase those items that lend themselves well to that. For example if one of the recipes is blueberry muffins, you could make them yourself, or you could purchase them if you prefer. You will find that some of the Step by Step Holiday PDF E-Cookbook menus may be interchanged with another holiday. For example, if you would like to have turkey and all the trimmings on Christmas Day as well as on Thanksgiving Day, you could use the Thanksgiving Day Step by Step PDF E-Cookbook for Christmas. Also, the Easter Ham menu might suit you for Christmas dinner as well on Easter Day. You will find, towards the bottom, on the grocery page for each Step by Step Holiday PDF E-Cookbook, a list of kitchen items that you will need to prepare these recipes. You may already have most of these items in your kitchen, or be able to make a substitution. For example, if you need a whisk to whisk some eggs, you may use a fork just as well. Please take a look, in advance, to see if there is anything that you think that you may still need. I placed this list on the grocery list page, so that if you do find that you need to pick up a kitchen item, you will have it on the list with you at the store.

2 Also, in an effort to be economical, with some of the items on the grocery lists, I also listed what recipe that food item was meant for. In that way, say for example, if you have decided not to make the Hambone Soup Recipe in the Easter PDF E-Cookbook with the leftover hambone from the Easter Day Dinner the day before, you will see what ingredients on the list were meant for that recipe, and not purchase them. A special note concerning this Easter Cookbook;*If you would prefer to serve the ham unbaked, you may purchase a spiral sliced fully cooked ham. This will shorten the amount of time that dinner will take to prepare, since a ham that is not fully cooked will require 3 to 4 hours of baking time, while a fully cooked ham may be served unbaked. http://www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/wcm/connect/d1df4c79-ad2b-4dd4-a802- ed78cd14409d/ham_and_food_safety.pdf?mod=ajperes Thank you for purchasing my Step by Step Holiday PDF E-Cookbooks. I hope that you will enjoy using them, that your kitchen will have fragrant holiday aromas, and that your friends and family will 'Always Kiss the Cook'! Sincerely, http://www.alwayskissthecook.com
