We know that food is crucial to the success of your event, and we are dedicated to creating delicious cuisine that pairs well with your taste buds and adds excitement to your celebration. Hagerty Weddings and Catering Our Chef One of the most important elements of your wedding celebration is the cuisine. We believe the meal should reflect your personal style and tastes and our chefs have meticulously planned a variety of fresh seasonal choices to meet your wishes. Our Staff We have executives who have extensive experience and education in creating unique weddings and unforgettable experiences. We recommend vendors that will make your wedding an unforgettable event, as well as a high profile suppliers. For your special day, we have created complete packages including Appetizers, Dinner and Bar Services to give you an elegant event at any budget. Our staff and management team look forward to sharing in your celebration! Payment The final payment and headcount is due 7 days in advance of your event. If any additional expenses are incurred during your event, you will be billed after your event. Final payment is due within 30 days of receiving your post event invoice. A 19% service charge, subject to 6% sales tax, is added to all food and beverage. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders and cash.

Hot Displays Spinach Artichoke Dip Displayed Appetizers Spinach, marinated artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes blended with cream cheese. Baked and topped with parmesan. Passed Appetizers Choose an assortment of four passed appetizers. Select a combination of hot, cold and vegetarian items. Maximum service 1 hour. Empanadilla Crispy puff pastry stuffed with chorizo and manchego cheese. Spinach and Artichoke Tarts Warm spinach artichoke dip presented in a phyllo shell, topped with parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto. Mediterranean Cucumber Cups Roasted garlic hummus in an English cucumber cup topped with Greek relish and feta cheese.
