Our signature product is something we call Truffle Fudge - a proprietary recipe for an incredibly rich and creamy fudge that we make in many different flavors. We also coat each piece with high-quality Belgian chocolate. The end result is a gourmet fudge that is anything but traditional. Some of our flavors are classics, while others are delightfully different. Choose from dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate vanilla. Indulge in cappuccino, orange or raspberry. Savor caramel, peanut butter or chipotle. And for the ultimate sweet and savory combination, several flavors have an irresistible sprinkling of exotic salt. We don t stop there. THE HIGHEST QUALITY All of our products are natural, with no preservatives. We use high-quality Belgian chocolate and make our products by hand in small batches, using only premium quality ingredients. All of our products are certified Kosher. Our semi-sweet fudge contains 53% cacao and our dark chocolate fudge contains 86%. We also use an exceptional white chocolate. FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS Grab-and-Go SINGLE BAR POS BOXES These POS boxes were developed exclusively for our wholesale customers, and provide a way to offer our truffle fudge as a grab-and-go impulse item. Each 2oz. bar is packaged for individual sale, with a flavor label on the top and an ingredient label that includes the UPC on the bottom. The bright gold foil that we wrap around each luscious bar catches the eye, and the generous 2oz. size is hard to resist. Each display box contains one flavor of truffle fudge. It s a simple, yet elegant, presentation that offers golden nuggets of pure chocolate pleasure. BULK ORDERS We offer all of our products as bulk items for retailers who wish to sell them in a candy case. Each piece comes individually packaged in a high-quality candy cup. Bulk items normally come in cases of 12 and are shipped in protective packaging. In addition to our truffle fudge products and caramel clusters, we also offer some specialty bulk items for wholesale customers, such as chocolate-dipped fruit and shortbread. SLAB Our 3lb. slab of truffle fudge comes in any flavor, and serves 48-64 people. Measuring approximately 5" x 11," it s easy to transport. It s the perfect dessert item for caterers, party planners and other food service professionals. SHELF LIFE, HANDLING & STORAGE When stored at room temperature (68-70 F), our truffle fudge products can be enjoyed for up to 6 months. Products not topped with salt can be refrigerated (35-68 F) and will last up to 12 months, but should first be placed in sealed plastic bags. Products topped with salt should not be stored below 68 F, and when refrigerated should also be in sealed plastic bags. Keep all products in a dry environment, avoiding moisture. We re literally just a few blocks from the famous Sunset Strip a real working chocolate factory where you probably wouldn t expect to find one.
