Lovely apple and brioche aromas with white floral notes on the nose, stone fruits and hazelnuts with hints of honey on the palate. A well rounded Champagne with a fine mousse and good acidity. 1/2 Pol Roger Rose Vintage 2006 12%abv 72.50 Mainly made from Pinot Noir grapes, this is a fragrant Champagne with wild strawberry and citrus aromas and notes of grapefruits. Very delicate with great intensity of flavour. 1/3 H by Hine VSOP 40% abv 29.50 Floral on the nose with notes of jasmine, acacia, iris, lily of the valley, apricot and vanilla and velvet smooth on the palate. 1/4 Hine Rare VSOP 40% abv 42.95 Notes of jasmine, acacia, vanilla, oak and fruit. Delicate, well-balanced, mellow and smooth on the palate. A Fine Champagne blend of over 25 cognacs. 1/5 Glenfarclas 10yo, Speyside Malt Whisky 40% abv 29.95 Delicate smokiness and subtle spices on the nose with vanilla and honey. Dried fruit and cloves on the palate with a long, smooth finish.

Hints of gooseberry combine with rounded citrus flavours. Great acidity and balance on the palate. 2/2 Sancerre AC Cuvee Les Moulins Bales Leon Vatan, Loire, France 2014 12.5% abv 14.95 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Clean fresh enticing fruit on the palate with a crisp gooseberry finish. 2/3 Solitar Riesling Trocken, SA Prum, Mosel Valley, Germany 2015 12% abv 12.95 Aromatic with scents of fresh apricot and peach, perfectly balanced by a dry finish and mineral character. With spring approaching, perfect with early asparagus or first of the season crab. 2/4 Pouilly Fuisse Aux Chailloux, Domaine Seve, Burgundy, France 2012 13% abv 19.95 Matured for 10 months in oak. Bright golden colour combining incredible aromas of ginger and delicate wood with intense notes of nuts, honeyed fruit and a delicate yet well structured mineral finish. Rose 2/5 St Sidoine Rose, Cotes de Provence, France 2015 13% abv 9.50 Lovely fresh, dry style with soft strawberry fruit and a little honeysuckle. 2/6 Bourgogne Rouge, Domaine Paul Pillot, Burgundy, France 2011 12.5% abv 17.95 This Domaine produces wines that are excellent value for money. Since 2009 Thierry Pillot decided to pick early to retain acidity levels. His wine demonstrates real vivacity with juicy red fruits and a seamless structure. 2/7 Cotes du Rhone Les Promesses, Font de Michelle, Rhone, France 2014 14% abv 9.50 Grapes are sourced near the famous Roman aquaduc Le Pont du Gard, south of the region. This is a generous Cote du Rhone with cassis and cherry flavours and liquorice and peppery notes. 2/8 Davy s Claret, Bordeaux Superieur, France 14% abv 10.95 This is a brilliant example of classic Claret. Merlot dominant with rich, ripe red and black fruits, a touch of cedar and spice, supple and well balanced wonderful! 63% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. 2/9 Vierkoppen Cabernet Sauvignon, Robertson, South Africa 2011 13% abv 14.50 Full bodied with notes of ripe plums, black cherry, cranberry and hints of vanilla. Just 3000 bottles produced. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels. 2/10 Château Tour St Bonnet, Cru Bourgeois, Haut Medoc, Bordeaux France 2010 14% abv 16.50 Intense blackberry, forest floor and a lovely floral note. Medium bodied, intense and rich. A great value wine that punches well above its weight.

Well balanced acidity and alcohol. 3/2 Altano Branco, Douro, Portugal 2014 12.5% abv 9.75 Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, such as lychee and passionfruit. With an exuberant and refreshing palate and persistent finish. 3/3 Quinta dos Arcas Penedo Gordo Tinto, Alentejo, Douro, Portugal 2015 13.5% abv 7.95 berries, dried fruit, chocolate and spice. Soft tannins with a good structure. 3/4 Quinta de Sant Ana Pinot Noir, Alentejo, Portugal 2014 12.5% abv 16.55 Ruby colour with redcurrant and forest fruit aromas. Supple, juicy palate, fine body and freshness with good definition and lovely balance with a textural elegant finish. 3/5 Altano Organic, Douro, Portugal 2013 13.5% abv 10.95 A full, generous red that reflects the genuine character of the Douro. A light floral and red berry note on the nose leads to a full and fruity palate with raspberry and blackberry flavours. 3/6 Altano Reserva Quinta do Ataide, Douro, Portugal 2011 13.5% abv 15.95 Wonderfully expressive aromas of fragrant violets, typical of the Touriga Nacional grape. Rich and full-bodied, showing dark chocolate, black fruits and peppery spice. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. Great with red meats and spicy dishes.

Table Number 4 Italy - Sardinia, Maremma 4/1 Vermentino di Gallura Terra e Mare Bianco, Unmaredivino, Sardinia, Italy 2014 13% abv 12.50 Fresh and elegant with golden apple and grapefruit aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood dishes. 4/2 Vermentino di Gallura Biancosmeraldo, Unmaredivino, Sardinia, Italy 2014 13.5% abv 15.50 Complex nose of apples, white peaches and apricots with notes of rosemary and thistle. Elegant and fresh on the palate with a long finish. 4/3 Montauto Bianco, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2014 13% abv 10.95 Classical floral flavours with herbal notes of Vermentino mixing well with fruity flavours from Malvasia. Hint of minerality on the palate. A great value white wine with a crisp acidity. 4/4 Montauto Arcione, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2013 13.5% abv 13.95 The wine spends about 10 months in oak barrel on its lees. Dry and quite fresh, it s mediumbodied and shows mineral notes making it extremely drinkable and pleasant. Fresh, soft and very harmonious. 4/5 Montauto Gessaia, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2014 13% abv 13.95 Bright, with a straw-yellow colour and greenish shimmers. The nose is intense and long lasting and delivers elderberry and citrus notes as well as white pulp fruits. Dry and fresh on the palate, this is a delicate medium-bodied with a good balance. 4/6 Montauto Enos 1, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2014 13.5% abv 15.95 Intensely straw-coloured and crystalline, with a light greenish shimmer. It has fine and intense aromas of fresh citrus peel, white pulp fruits, aromatic herbs and a delicate floral bouquet. This is a dry fresh wine with a delicate body perfectly balanced. Long with complexity. 4/7 Colli el Limbara IGT, Terra e Mare Rosso, Unmaredivino, Sardinia, Italy 2014 14% abv 12.50 A young and pleasant wine with aromas or red berries and herbal notes. Round and well balanced on the palate it is great wine to pair with goat cheeses and olives. 4/8 Colli el Limbara IGT, Rossosmeraldo, Unmaredivino, Sardinia, Italy 2014 14.5% abv 15.50 Blackcurrant and red berry fruit aromas alongside guarrigue, mineral and oak scents. The palate is fresh and well balanced with round tannins and good length. 4/9 Colli el Limbara IGT, Oltremare, Unmaredivino, Sardinia, Italy 2012 14.5% abv 29.50 Maturing 18 months in French oak and a further 6 months in bottle, Oltremare reveals aromas of blackberry jam, red berries, tobacco and menthol. Round with fine tannins, this is a full bodied and robust wine that is now ready to drink. 4/10 Montauto Rosso, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2014 13.5% abv 10.95 An elegant wine with aromas of cherry and dark berries with a hint of violets. Good structure with firm tannin and a good acidity that keep the palate fresh. 4/11 Montauto Tiburzio, Maremma, Tuscany, Italy 2012 14.5% abv 16.95 After spending 16 months in French oak barrels, the wine has a deep colour with red berries and spicy aromas. Full bodied with velvety tannins, the palate is round with a good concentration of flavours.

Table Number 5 Champagne, Burgundy, the Ardeche and Latin America Sparkling 5/1 Gosset Brut Excellence NV Champagne 12% abv 35.95 The intense nose bursts with fresh floral honeysuckle and white jasmine followed by exotic pineapple and mango flavours. 45% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 19% Pinot Meunier. 5/2 Chardonnay l Ardeche, Louis Latour, Rhone, France 2013 13% abv 9.50 A classic unoaked Chardonnay, showing fresh apple with crisp acidity and a smooth finish. 5/3 Rose Viu Manent Secret Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, Casablanca Valley, Chile 2012 13.5% abv 13.95 A generous and vibrant white with a lovely concentration of white peach, lime and pineapple notes. Very fresh and pure on the palate. 5/4 Viu Manent Rose, Colchagua Valley, Chile 2014 12.5% abv 10.75 This Malbec rose is a bright pale pink in colour. The nose presents subtle, fresh aromas of redfruits such as cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. The palate is light, fresh, fruity, nicely balanced with a persistent and pleasing finish. 5/5 Valmoissine Pinot Noir, Louis Latour, Rhone, France 2013 13% abv 9.95 A stunning wine with a lovely plum and blackcurrant nose. Soft and silky with purity of ripe plums and rich spice. 5/6 Viu Manent Reserva Carmenere, Colchagua Valley, Chile 201313.5% abv 8.95 Ruby-red with a violet hue. The nose presents great character and is marked by intense and elegant aromas of red and black fruits, berries, blueberries, cassis, plums, black pepper, damp earth, and blonde tobacco. The palate has medium structure with good balance and chalky tannins (typical of its origin in the La Capilla vineyard) leading to a long and complex finish. 5/7 Viu Manent Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserva, Colchagua Valley, Chile 2011 13% abv Deep and intense ruby red in color. The complex nose is fresh and elegant with evolving aromas of cherries and blackcurrants and subtle notes of sweet spices, cigar box, and leather. The palate stands out for its soft texture. It has very good structure in balance with its pleasingly fresh and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, deep, and persistent. 13.15 5/8 Viu Manent Vibo Punta del Viento, Colchagua Valley, Chile 2012 15% abv 15.95 Complex nose of forest fruits, berries and sweet spices. The palate is lush and deep with good tannic structure and a refreshing acidity. Long finish. 5/9 Viu Manent Vinedo Centenario, Colchagua Valley, Chile 2011 14.5% abv 16.95 Aromas of blackcurrants and cherries with subtle notes of toast and tobacco. The palate is rich, complex and very well structured with round tannins and fresh acidity. 5/10 Frapin Cognac VSOP 40% abv 45.00 An elegantly packaged VSOP from veteran cognac house Frapin, blended from eaux-de-vie made exclusively from grapes from the Grande Champagne region of Cognac.

Table Number 6 Spain - Navarra Sparkling 6/1 Moscato de Ochoa, 2014 Ochoa Mido Navarra, Spain 5.5% abv 14.50 Typical Muscat variety aromas with white roses, ripe fruits and citrus aromas. This is a sweet wine, fresh and elegant with discreet bubbles. 6/2 Ochoa Calendas Blanco 2015, Navarra, Spain 13% abv 8.95 Viura grape has high acidity that creates refreshing wines while Chardonnay brings the structure. Overall it is fruity and fresh with floral notes. 6/3 Ochoa Uvadoble 2014, Navarra, Spain 12.5% abv 10.95 Fresh and delicate with aromas of citrus, apricot and stone fruits. Light and round on the palate with slightly creamy texture from Viognier grapes and good acidity from Viura. 6/4 Ochoa Calendas Tinto 2015, Navarra, Spain 13% abv 8.95 Lovely red wine with intense and ripe red berry aromas from the Garnacha grape and good structure with round tannins from Tempranillo. 6/5 Ochoa Reserva 2008, Navarra, Spain 14% abv 16.95 With ripe black fruit and spicy aromas, it is a full bodied wine balanced with round tannins. 6/6 Ochoa Mil Gracias 2010, Navarra, Spain 13.5% abv 13.95 Dessert Very ripe black fruit with white pepper aromas and mineral notes. Medium to full body with soft and pleasant tannins. 6/7 Ochoa Moscatel 2014, Navarra, Spain 13.5% abv 11.55 Great aromas with notes of honey, toasted bread, raisins and orange blossom. It is well balanced with a silky texture.

Table Number 7 Rioja, Argentina and Chile Description 7/1 Ventisquero Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Chile 2014 12.5% abv 8.95 Pale green in colour, delicate on the nose with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. A refreshing blend of citrus and mineral notes. Very well balanced, this is classic great value Chilean Sauvignon. Bottle Price 7/2 Finca las Moras Reserva Chardonnay, San Juan, Argentina 2013 14% abv 9.95 This Chardonnay was fermented 50% in barrel and 50% in tank and aged on its lees. The result is a refreshing wine with aromas of fresh apples and a smooth palate. 7/3 Davy's Vinos Altos Rioja DOC Crianza, Spain 2012 14% abv 8.95 Powerful nose with layers of black and red fruits, leading to a fruit driven palate integrated with a deep minerality, and gentle oaky notes on the finish. 7/4 Vina Amate Rioja Reserva DOC, Spain 2010 14% abv 12.50 Deep ruby red in colour, with sumptuous aromas of dark cherry, leather and spice. Fleshy and savoury notes combine on the palate providing wonderful balance between the fruit and the oak characteristics. High altitude combined with irrigation of the purest snow melt in the Andes creates a Malbec with bold dark fruits, savoury notes and hints of spice on the finish. 7/9 Finca las Moras Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon, San Juan, Argentina 2012 14% abv 12.95 Spicy aromas of green pepper, ripe red fruits and blackberries. Fruity on the palate with hints of dark chocolate and well intergrated oak. The finish is persistent with fine tannins and silky texture. 7/10 Finca las Moras Grand Syrah, San Juan, Argentina 2012 15% abv 19.95 The French oak gives this superb Syrah complex aromas of red fruit, tobacco, smoke and chocolate. Full bodied on the palate with a creamy and robust mouth-feel, lots of juicy red berry fruit, hints of peppery spice and a long, lingering aftertaste. 7/11 Vitola Rioja Reserva Miguel Merino, Spain 2008 14% abv 21.50 A complex and expressive Reserva wine. Ripe fruit aromas with clove and pepper spice. Tobacco, liquorice and coffee on the palate. Fresh, intense, long and well-balanced.

Light and fresh on the palate with a clean finish. 8/2 Picpoul de Pinet Belardent, Languedoc, France 2015 13% abv 8.95 Clean and crisp palate displaying white flowers and white peaches. Very refreshing and enjoyable. Picpoul de Pinet vineyards are located in on the edges of the Thau Lagoon in Languedoc, South France; they are regarded as some of the oldest in the Mediterranean. Picpoul has been growing in the area for centuries. 8/2 Signal Cannon Chenin, Paarl, South Africa 12.5% abv 7.95 Medium bodied with aromas of apple and spiced pear. This wine has a rounded and generous mouthfeel with a steely, fresh finish. 8/3 Mount Brown Sauvignon Blanc, Waipara, New Zealand 12% abv 11.95 Intense passionfruit and ripe tropical fruits on the nose. Pineapple and exotic fruit flavours backed up by a lemon-lime minerality lead this fine, well-balanced wine to a palate of great depth and flavour with a dry citrus finish. 8/4 Sidewood Chardonnay, Adelaide Hills, Australia 2012 14% abv 11.95 Notes of vanilla, pear and melon. Lovely fresh green apples, with touches of vanilla adding complexity. Six months barrel ageing give a round toasty note whilst still retaining a fresh purity. Rose 8/5 Mediterranee Rose IGP, Provence, France 2015 12.5% abv 8.45 Light and delicate rose with rose petal aroma and wild red berry flavour with a touch of saltiness. 8/6 Vondeling Merlot Rose, Paarl, South Africa 2015 13% abv 7.95 100% unoaked and aged on its yeast lees for 6 months to allow it to fill out and gain complexity. The result is an enticing bouquet of rose petals, red currents, tropical fruit and citrus. Refreshing and vibrant, with red berry flavours, floral undertones, candied citrus and a crisp finish. 8/7 Mount Brown Pinot Noir, Waipara, New Zealand 2013 13% abv 14.95 A family owned vineyard on the western side of the Waipara Valley. This is a well-balanced wine with blackberry and cherry flavours and soft tannins. A great accompaniment to game dishes. 8/8 Brouilly Les Thibaults, Loron, Beaujolais, France 2014 13% abv 10.95 Made from 45 year old Gamay vines grown in deep sandy soil at the foot of Mount Brouilly. A deep intense ruby colour revealing aromas of fresh red fruit. The mouth is supple and well supported by silky tannins. 8/9 Armigero Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Reserva, Italy 2013 13% abv 7.95 A superb wine from the Emilia-Romagna region. Ruby red with lashings of ripe cherries, dried fruit and spice, light and fruity on the palate, a corker with a bowl of spag bol. 8/10 Signal Cannon Merlot, Paarl, South Africa 2015 14% abv 7.95 Medium bodied, soft and round. Round and creamy on the palate it is well balanced with a good acidity that retains the freshness even though its already 6 years old. Aged in 500 litre oak barrels for 8 months the style is richer and more complex. Beautiful intense dark ruby colour with crimson highlights. Expressive nose with refined oak and a mix of ripe fruit, spices and a clutch of toasted notes. Sherry 9/7 Hidalgo Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada, Jerez, Spain 20% abv 15.95 A top notch Manzanilla made from grapes sourced solely from the Pastrana vineyard. This is a Pasada style, meaning the wine has been aged for longer in American oak casks. Aromas are delicate and yeasty. On the palate it s dry, crisp and elegant with hints of roasted nuts.
