Our packages, menus and frequently asked questions are enclosed to assist in the planning of this very special event. Q: Do you charge a banquet room rental? A: No, we have Food & Beverage Minimums: Saturday Evening - 6,000.00 Friday Evening - 5,000.00 Sunday Evening - 4,000.00 Q: What is the deposit amount you require? A: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the minimum is required to reserve space at the time of the Contract signing. Final payment due 2 weeks prior to your event. Q: Are tax and gratuity included? A: No, a 21% Service Charge and 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all pricing. Q: Is there children s pricing? A: Yes, entrees are available for children 10 years old and under. Chicken fingers with fries remains our most popular selection. The charge is $17 per child. Q: Do you include centerpieces? A: Yes, the packages includes the use of a round mirror with a House Use Center Piece. All personalized centerpieces are the responsibility of the client to provide. Q: What color are your linens? A: The wedding packages include White or Black Floor-Length Table Cloths with White or Black Napkins. For upgraded lines we will refer you to our decorator vendor or you may choose a vendor of your choice. Approval for decorations with an outside vendor will be required. We do not allow for items to be adhered to walls, floors or ceiling with any adhesives or attachments that may damage the facility. Q: Do you offer discounts on Guestrooms? A: Yes, we can set up a courtesy room block at special discounted rates. 3
