Malfy Gin key botanical is made from lemon peel sourced from the idyllic Amalfi coast. Six botanicals including juniper are added to a traditional vacuum still which holds the fresh lemons steeped in alcohol and then pressed in a basket press. The infusion is then blended with juniper before being distilled in a stainless still vacuum still. Nose Fresh lemon with a solid backbone of rich grain spirit.
