This morning rise and shine and start the day with Portland s world famous Voodoo Doughnuts! If there was ever a business that captured the kooky essence of Portland, it's Voodoo. Their sweetfingered magicians concoct what might best be described as avant-garde doughnuts incorporating unusually delicious combinations of sweet and savory. 6
7 SECRET WATERFALLS TOUR Explore the natural beauty surrounding Portland during a half-day secret waterfalls tour! This morning you will explore the natural beauty just outside Portland s city limits. You will board the bus and travel a short distance to Multnomah Falls to see this iconic waterfall first thing before the crowds. After a photo op and taking in the majesty of this incredible waterfall, your guide will lead you on a tour to reveal various waterfalls where you can engage in a hike or simply sit back and enjoy an incredibly scenic ride that will reveal the essence of the terroir of the region. 7

10 ORGANIC FARM, WINERY TOUR & TASTING, HANDS ON GOURMET DINNER Depart Portland and begin the immersion into wine country from organic farm to harvest table. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then set out on an culinary adventure along the Columbia River. First, meet your culinary hosts for the day who will take you to a local farm specializing in a variety of produce and their influences over the flavor profiles of the wines in the region. Next, continue to a winery specializing in Rhone varietals for a private tour and tasting. Here you will relax and enjoy a picnic lunch while taking in the 10 breathtaking scenery.
ORGANIC 11 FARM, WINERY TOUR & TASTING, HANDS ON GOURMET DINNER After the vineyard, you will drive to your host s house, with fresh produce in hand, to engage in a hands on culinary experience! This underground supper club takes place in a 1900s historic cabin fits in well with its natural surroundings. Today you will be provided a list of local wineries within walking distance of The Atticus to explore to your hearts content. For your day at leisure, you will be provided a tasting guide, recommendations on shopping in town and good restaurants to enjoy lunch. Choose to engage or do nothing at all and instead enjoy the fabulous Atticus Hotel! 19
20 PRIVATE BBQ DINNER Celebrate in casual wine country fashion with an alfresco BBQ dinner.
