Fire Safety Kit In accordance with International Fire Regulations all of our tents have a marking with a fire retardant certification. We also have copies on file. Many areas require that a Fire Marshall inspect tents on public and private property. We have put together a Fire Safety Kit to make this process a bit easier. Each kit will have 2 fire extinguishers, 2 no-smoking signs, 2 exits signs, and the extension cords to power them. We will also provide your Fire Marshall with a CAD floor plan if requested. If you choose not to add the kit to your order we will have an opt out form for you to complete stating that you will take care of these items on your own. We guarantee our rental items are in top condition, but we understand that accidents can happen during an event. An 8% non-refundable damage waiver is a one time non-refundable charge to cover the customer against any accidental damage and avoid fees. This is a fee waiver, not an insurance policy. Vandalism, theft, mysterious disappearance or excessive damage is not covered under the damage waiver (missing items are not covered). Customers may choose to decline the damage waiver, but will be held liable for any damage that occurs. We assess fees at replacement cost plus 25% restocking fee. Set up & Delivery Fees We offer many services for delivery and set up, our delivery fees are based on location not what we bring. Please ask for a delivery quote. Furthermore, we do have an additional charge for evening or late night pick ups as well as Sunday delivery or pick ups. Staff will set up your tables and chairs for the following fees: Table Set up 2 Folding Chair Set up Ballroom or Chivari Set up If you have requested to do set up yourself, you are required to return product in the condition our drivers leave it in: chairs stacked, tables folded, etc. If this is not done, we will charge the full setup and takedown cost for the order. Moving your items or hanging items clients are providing must be quoted in advance. Beach Set ups are always charged a beach fee based on the difficulty of each location and are quoted in advance. More complex or long distance installations may need to have our staff available or in the area during an event. Lodging and staff costs are quoted in advance and included in the contract. White glove and draping services are always quoted and include many specialized services.
