With uninterrupted views across the spectacular beauty of Manly Cove, our cocktail lounge area is the perfect space for you to indulge in our award winning pizzas and cocktails or simply enjoy everything that is Hugos Manly. Our cocktail lounge area can accommodate groups of 20-80 guests with a combination of plush lounges, ottomans and plenty of standing room for your guests to feel comfortable. This area has a minimum spend requirement so please enquire with our Functions Manager Sharon as to what your minimum spend will be for your function. We can assist you with recommendations on food and beverage selections. Please note that we do not accept function bookings on Friday or Saturday evenings and terms & conditions do apply. Terms & Conditions General All functions have a guaranteed 3 hour duration with an extension time being subject to the managers discretion. A minimum spend is required to secure the lounge area. The min spend requirement will vary depending on the size, date and time of your function Please note that whilst we will endeavour to secure your function in the area requested, management reserve the right to move your function to the best suited area without notice. Our outdoor Deck Area can not be secured for any function bookings as the space is too weather dependant as it is open to the elements. Children - please advise in advance if you have children attending your function. Hugos has a number of high chairs available. (No baby change table facilities). Minimum Spend & Payment 15-20 Guests - The Minimum Spend Requirements to secure the lounge area is $1000. 21-40 Guests - The Minimum Spend Requirement to secure the lounge area is $2000. 41-60 Guests - The Minimum Spend Requirement to secure the lounge area is $3000. Confirmation of guests & final details for your function booking is required 24 hours prior. The minimum spend must be paid up-front in order to secure your reservation. Upon cancellation a fee of $200 may be charged if less than 48hours notice is given. Surcharge - A 10 % Surcharge will apply on Sundays and 15 % on Public Holidays. Credit Cards a 1% credit card surcharge applies on all payments. All prices are inclusive of GST. Menu Information We will serve up to 2 of each of the selected canapés for you and your guests. Please advise us of any guests with dietary requirements or allergies. Changes to the menu - Please note that our set menus are subject to regular changes due to seasonal variations. BYO is not permitted Children's options are available, please ask the functions manager Cakes & Decorations Tiramisu Cake - our pastry chef can make a Tiramisu Cake for you and your guests to enjoy as dessert for your special occasion. Min 10 ppl - Max 30 ppl. Cakes you are welcome to bring a cake in for your special occasion. Please advise management on how the cake is to be stored before it is served to your guests. If you wish to serve the cake yourself, no cake age applies. If you would like us to slice and serve your cake with a scoop of ice-cream, a cakeage fee of $4.00 per person applies. Decorations Please advise if you are bringing decorations or table arrangements for your function as some restrictions apply. Confetti, glitter and party poppers are not permitted. Conduct of Event Guests between the ages of 18 years old and 21 years old should carry photo identification on them at all times. The dress code for Hugo s is smart casual. Shoes are required at all time. No singlets. The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all applicable laws. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. The client is liable for the actions of their invitee s and any damages or losses incurred. Any costs will be invoiced directly. The host is solely responsible to ensure this minimum spend is met by the consumption of food and beverages throughout the duration of the function. Restaurant s Right The venue does not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client s guests or invitees. The venue reserves the right to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the event or the venue premises without liability. The venue also reserves the right to cancel the booking if: The venue or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant s control The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership The event may prejudice the reputation of the venue The deposit (where applicable) has not been paid by the due date Responsible Service of Alcohol - Hugo s Management and Employees will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act
