You might try adding shredded fruits or vegetables, wheat germ, seeds, or other nutritious additives to blender shakes, cheese dips, cookie dough, pizza dough, gelatin, hamburger, yogurt, noodle casseroles, pancake batter, peanut butter, scrambled eggs, egg salad, tuna salad, and veggie dips.

Cinnamon Twists Ingredients: Intructions: 1 12 ounce package canned 1. Separate biscuits. Flatten each into refrigerator biscuits a four inch circle. 1 stick margarine, softened 2. Spread each circle with about a 1/3 cup sugar teaspoon of margarine. 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3. Combine sugar and cinnamon and ½ cup sifted powdered sugar sprinkle evenly over circle. water 4. Cut circle in half. Place margarine cookie sheet sides together and twist. Place on cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown. 6. Combine powdered sugar and water. 7. Drizzle over twists.

Blend in peanut butter, then add cereal, ½ cup sunflower seeds raisins, and sunflower seeds and stir well. Let stand 10 ice cream sticks 2 minutes. Form mixture into 10 2-inch balls. Insert sticks into balls and let stand about 30 minutes in refrigerator. To store: These may be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Pizza Pinwheels They look like pinwheels, but they taste like pizza. 1 8-ounce package refrigerator crescent MAKES 16 rolls (8 rolls) 1 cup pizza sauce Heat oven to 350 F. Separate dough into four 32 thin slices salami rectangles. Press perforation together to seal. Brush ½ cup shredded rectangles with pizza sauce. Place 8 salami slices on mozzarella cheese each rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese. Tightly roll up dough from a short side and pinch to seal. Slice each roll into four equal slices. Pinch dough together on one cut side of each slice to seal. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet sealed side down and bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Happy Cookie Pops 1 ½ cups granulated sugar MAKES 2 ½ DOZEN COOKIES 1 cup butter-flavored solid vegetable shortening In large bowl cream 1 ½ cups sugar and 2 large eggs shortening until light and fluffy; beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract eggs and vanilla. In medium bowl combine 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour flour, baking powder and baking soda; 1 teaspoon baking powder blend into creamed mixture. Stir in 1 ¼ ½ teaspoon baking soda cups M&M s Chocolate Mini Baking 1 ¾ cups M&M s Chocolate Mini Bits. Wrap and refrigerate dough 1 hour. Baking Bits, divided Preheat oven to 375 F. Roll 1 ½ tablespoons Additional granulated sugar dough into ball and roll in granulated sugar. 2 ½ dozen flat wooden ice cream Insert ice cream stick into each ball. Place sticks about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie Prepared frostings sheets; gently flatten, using bottom of small Tubes of decorator s icing plate. On half the cookies, make a smiling face by placing some of the remaining M&M s Chocolate Mini Baking Bits on the surface; leave other cookies for decorating after baking. Bake all cookies 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks. Decorate cookies as desired using frostings, decorator s icing and remaining M&M s Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. To Store: In single layers in a tightly covered container.

And Vegetable oil spray these make great lunchbox stuffers. 1/3 cup flour 1 cup quick-cooking oats MAKES 2 DOZEN 1/3 cup sugar or ¼ cup honey 2 teaspoons baking powder Heat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9" X 13" pan with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Vegetable oil spray. Stir together flour, oats, ½ teaspoon baking soda sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, Dash salt salt, and raisins in a large bowl. Add banana, milk, ½ cup raisins egg whites, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread 1 cup mashed banana batter into pan and bake until cake is golden ¼ cup skim milk brown, about 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or 2 egg whites cool, cut into 2-inch squares. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract To Store: These may be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.
