The building has been sympathetically transformed into a luxurious boutique hotel and Spa, providing the perfect destination for festive dining, party nights, relaxing spa breaks, weddings and other events or celebrations December is definitely a month for indulgence as the cold weather creeps in and Jack Frost pays a visit. Christmas Weddings From the first sight of Inglewood House, you know you have arrived somewhere truly special Whether you are seeking a small intimate wedding with close family and friends or a more lavish affair, we have the setting, history and experience to create your perfect day Our fantastic wedding package includes everything from hire of chair covers and delicious canapes after the ceremony to a master of ceremonies and drinks package 17
Terms and Conditions All reservations will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person. Any amendments to bookings should be confirmed in writing. 10 per person deposit is required at time of booking with full payment being required by 31st October 2018. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Receipt of the deposit constitutes a binding contract between the hotel and client. All additional sundries will need to be settled on departure. Unless otherwise stated, wines and beverages will be charged accordingly. If you are paying on behalf of a group please send one cheque or arrange payment by one card. We are unable to accept individual payments for groups. Full pre-payment is required by 31st October, bookings will be released without notice if the full payment is not received on time. Please note all payments (deposits, final balances, additional guests, pre-order drinks) are non-refundable or transferable, and cannot be used towards any other products in Inglewood House and Spa. Please make cheques payable to Inglewood House Ltd. In the event that any Christmas function is cancelled by Inglewood House, we will offer an alternative date or full refund. Parties of 10 people or less and 13-15 people may be seated with other guests unless pre-agreed with organisers. Vegetarian and Special dietary requirements can be catered for but must be booked at least 7 days in advance of the event. All monies are non-refundable. Private Parties and Events Two weeks prior to the event we request guaranteed final guest numbers and the table plan. Should the number of guests be less than 18 expected on the day of the event, the guaranteed number of guests will be charged for. Any increases to the number of guests on the day will be charged accordingly. Accommodation Please note separate terms and conditions apply when booking accommodation with Inglewood House. Preferential accommodation rates are subject to availability. Accommodation will be available to guests from 2:00 pm (3.00pm for lodges and pods) and is to be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Cancellation Policy In an event of cancellation, the following charges will be made: Cancellation of a confirmed booking - loss of deposit in full. Cancellation with less than 2 months notice - 50% of total charge. Cancellation with less than 1 months notice - 75% of total charge. Cancellation with less than 14 days notice - 100% of total charge.
