Gimlet 5.95 A very popular stand up gin cocktail that combines a double measure of Tanqueray with an equal measure of Roses lime cordial from Scotland. Shaken and double strained into a coupette glass and garnished with a lime wedge. A lovely sipping cocktail. Tom Collins 5.95 The Tom Collins has immortalised itself into one of the most iconic gin cocktails around. Prepared by mixing a double measure of Tanqueray with lemon juice and sugar syrup then lengthened in an ice filled Hi-Ball glass with soda. A very refreshing cooler drink that is exceedingly easy to drink. Think of gin with homemade lemonade! Bramble 6.45 A fantastically fruity cocktail with a delicately balanced flavour, this is a modern classic containing a double measure of Tanqueray, lemon juice and sugar syrup shaken and strained into an ice filled glass with Briottet crème de mure liqueur drizzled on top Ruby Fizz 5.95 A super cooler drink that combines a double measure of Tanqueray with cranberry juice and ginger ale served in a tall Hi-ball glass
Martini 5.95 The classic gin cocktail that everyone recognises. Ours is made with a double measure of Tanqueray and Great British Wermod premium vermouth made in Edinburgh with lovely Scottish herbs. This flavoursome martini is absolutely gorgeous stirred and doubled strained into an ice cold martini glass with an olive garnish. Be mindful this is a very strong drink, so take your time to enjoy it letting the lovely taste linger in your mouth. Negroni 5.95 Another classic gin cocktail - you ll either love it or hate it, but one things for sure, you won t find out unless you try! Equal measures of Tanqueray gin, Campari and Martini Rosso red vermouth go into this one, poured over ice in a rocks glass and gently stirred. Orange peel or wedge is the recommended garnish. Gin Hugo 5.25 Red Snapper 4.50 (single) 6.25 (double) The alternative Bloody Mary made with gin. Tanqueray with tomato juice, lemon juice, Worchester sauce, tabasco sauce, freshly ground pepper and celery salt. An absolutely fabulous drink! A truly refreshing cocktail. Usually served without gin and often as a non-alcoholic drink with soda only. This gin version is a lovely combination of Tanqueray, mint leaves, lime juice and Bottle Green elderflower cordial muddled in a wine glass then prosecco and soda water is added to lengthen it.
Strawberry Ribena Frozen Daiquiri 6.45 Ok, so we re pushing the boat out here, but honestly this is a to die for cocktail and a great excuse for anyone to try gin for the first time! A double measure of Tanqueray is blended in ice with strawberry Ribena cordial, strawberry puree, lime juice and sugar syrup. Garnished with a lime wedge and fresh strawberry. Perfect for all of you with a sweet tooth! French 75 5.95 (single) 7.50 (double) Originally made in the New York Bar in Paris back in 1915 this lovely cocktail combination was deemed to have such a kick it felt like being shelled by a French 75mm field gun! A beautiful fusion of Tanqueray, lemon juice and sugar syrup shaken and strained into a champagne flute and topped with prosecco, garnished with lemon peel. BIG Serve G & T 6.45 Singapore Sling 6.75 This well-known cocktail was originally made in the long bar raffles hotel in Singapore before 1915. It s a mix of gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau and DOM Benedictine with grenadine, lime juice and pineapple juice plus Angostura bitters shaken and strained into an ice filled sling glass and garnished with a lime wedge and cherry.
