With the Healthmaster, it is possible to prepare many dishes without having to use the stove. (Some recipes in this book require cooking on the stovetop). All recipes are designed to provide you and your family with vital minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. We hope that you and your family will enjoy all of the delicious recipes using the Healthmaster! Roasted Pear Squash Soup Add all ingredients into HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) for 8 minutes. Serve. 3 pears, cored and roasted 1 large butternut squash, roasted 1 tsp. cardamom 2 tsp. organic sugar 1 cup vegetable stock Roasted Pear Squash Soup Black Bean Soup the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) for 6 minutes. Serve. 3 cups vegetable stock 28 oz. can black beans 2 plum tomatoes 1 medium onions, peeled 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 red pepper, seeded 1/4 green pepper, seeded 1/2 jalapeño pepper 1/4 bunch cilantro 2 scallions 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. coriander 3 tbsp. lime juice salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 8 9

Leek & Potato Soup Place potatoes and leeks in a 2-quart saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook until tender. Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) and set timer for 4 minutes until blended. Serve. * It is necessary to cook potatoes and leeks on stove top in order to infuse the flavor. 2 cups red potatoes, cubed and peeled 2 leeks, chopped Water to cover leeks 2 3 chicken bouillon cubes 1/4 cup low-fat milk Leek & Potato Soup Chilled Cucumber Soup the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended. Serve chilled. 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 seedless cucumber, peeled 1/2 red onion, peeled 1/2 garlic clove, peeled 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste 10 11

Fondue Italiano Place sun-dried tomatoes into the HealthMaster. Add 1 cup hot water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add additional ingredients to pitcher. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Serve with focaccia or Italian bread. 3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes 1/2 cup hot water to rehydrate sun-dried tomatoes 5 ripe plum tomatoes 1 tbsp. tomato paste 1 sprig fresh oregano 1 cup water 1 lemon juiced 2 garlic cloves, peeled 4 basil leaves 8 oz. Provolone, cubed 10 oz. Mozzarella, cubed pinch of Cayenne pepper Fondue Italiano Cheese Sauce the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) for 5 minutes. Pour over fettuccine and toss. 1 1/3 cup hot skim milk 1 small garlic clove, peeled 2 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 4 cups cooked fettuccine 12 13

Chocolate Fondue Heat heavy cream on stove top. Add additional ingredients and heated heavy cream into the HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Serve with fresh fruit. 1 cup heavy cream, heated to simmer 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tsp. espresso Chocolate Fondue Spinach Artichoke Fondue the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Serve with baked tortilla chips or foccacia. 2 cups of spinach 4 artichoke hearts, canned 1 tsp of onion flakes 3 cup monterey cheese 1 cup heavy cream 14 15

White Chocolate Fondue Heat heavy cream on stove top. Add additional ingredients and heated heavy cream into the HealthMaster. Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Serve with angel food cake and fresh fruits. 1 cup heavy cream, heated to simmer 1/4 cup organic sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 10 oz. white chocolate chips White Chocolate Fondue Cheese Fondue the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until mixture is creamy and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Serve with fresh raw vegetables and fresh cubed French bread. 1/2 cup dry white wine 3/4 cup water 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper 8 oz. Gruyere cheese, cubed 8 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed 16 17

Fresh Tomato Sauce the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended. Pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer for 35 40 minutes. Serve over whole grain pasta. 7 med. Italian plum tomatoes 2 small shallots, peeled 2 garlic cloves, peeled 8 fresh basil leaves 1 tsp. organic sugar 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 5 sprigs of fresh parsley pinch red pepper flakes Pesto Sauce the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended. Toss with pasta. 1 cup pine nuts 2 cloves of garlic, peeled 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 bunch fresh parsley 3 cups fresh basil leaves 2 x2 cube of Parmesan cheese salt and pepper, to taste crushed black pepper to taste Red Pepper Sauce Mint Pesto Sauce the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended. Pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer for 35 40 minutes. Serve over whole grain pasta, grilled halibut, chilean sea bass, or pan seared tilapia. * It is necessary to sauté onions and garlic on stove top in order to infuse the flavors. 4 ripe, plum tomatoes 4 whole roasted red peppers, seeded 3 roasted garlic cloves 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 small cooked onion the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 8 (high) until blended.
