General Information Local Taxes and Service Charge: All Food and Beverage items are subject to State Sales Tax (6%) and Service Charge (25%). Food/Beverage Hospitality: No outside food and beverage is permitted on hotel premises. The hotel also prohibits the removal of food and beverage from the property. This is to ensure the well-being and safety of our guests. Linens: The hotel offers white and black house linens complimentary for meeting rooms and banquet events. Specialty linens can be ordered through the hotel for an additional charge. Labor Fees: A $XX Labor charge will be added to functions that require bartenders, station chef attendants and coat check attendants. Guarantees: The attendance must be confirmed in writing at least 72 business hours, prior to event date. This number is considered a guarantee and charges will be made accordingly. All meal functions of less than 20 guests will incur a $XX service charge. Audio Visual Equipment: Audio Visual Equipment rental is provided by Encore Event Technologies. An Encore representative will be in contact with you for your requirements and to provide pricing. Shipping and Receiving: Please inform your Catering & Events representative when sending deliveries to the hotel. Shipments must arrive no earlier than 48 hours prior to your event date. Please label all boxes to the attention of your Catering and Events represtative s name, group affiliation, event dates and the hotel guest s name. Billing: Each event must be prepaid in advance, unless another form of payment has been established at contract signing. Deposit and payment will be outlined in the contract. Guest Parking: Valet Parking for 0-4 Hours is $12.00. 4-8 Hours is $20.00 and 8+ hours is $25.00. Self-Parking for 0-4 Hours is $8.00. 4-8 Hours is $12.00 and 8+ hours is $18.00. Vendors: Our Catering & Events team will connect you with our preferred vendors. Service Times: All food and beverage stations are priced based on a specific length of service. Themed breaks are provided on a 30 minute service period. Reception Action Stations are provided on a 60 minute service period. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffets are provided on a 90 minute serving period.
