Our focus is on fresh, nutrient-rich, unprocessed, local produce that not only looks delicious and tastes incredible, but is also far better for you. In the following pages we will tempt you with our delicious self-fuelling suggestions, each supplying the power to improve your focus, memory and concentration. Why fuel your mind? Dairy free Each of our healthy snacks are created without the need for dairy, making them ideal for many of us with a dairy or lactose intolerance. We use omega seeds, great for omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids (essential fats which the human body needs for many functions, from building healthy cells to maintaining brain and nerve function) and non-dairy milks (almond, oat and coconut) plus good fats like coconut oil, peanut and almond nut butters. We make our snacks in kitchens that are not entirely dairy free so they may not be suitable for those suffering with a severe dairy allergy. Gluten free We have created some amazing new recipes that use rolled oats, ground teas, ground nuts and a variety of nutrient rich seeds, all of which are free from gluten. However, we do not operate from 100% gluten free kitchens therefore we cannot guarantee our products will be suitable for those suffering with severe food intolerances or from coeliac disease. No added sugar Extraordinary layers of flavour can be achieved using natural syrups. For example, brown rice syrup gives a buttery sweetness, maple syrup has that deep, rich candy flavour, while date syrup brings wonderful hints of caramelised sugar. Of course we enjoy the natural sweetness we get from some of our favourite fruits like dates, cranberries, coconut, goji berries, and oranges too. Vegan For whatever reason, dietary, ethical or environmental, or simply for a more balanced diet, a continual move away from animal products to plant based protein is almost certainly the future. All of our healthy treats are made using vegan ingredients with the exception of our coconut macaroons which are bound with free range egg whites. Good shelf life, naturally Using only the highest quality natural ingredients means we can guarantee a fresh product for longer without the need for artificial preservatives. Just keep refrigerated and each product will stay fresh and taste delicious for at least 7 days, guaranteed. Delicious Of course, our mission is to promote eating well and living well but, we think that above all, everything must be tasty. There s no longer any need to deny yourself regular treats. Not only can good for be colourful and nutritious but it can be so unbelievably delicious that you forget you re eating healthily.

Super Balls Cranberry, Orange and Date Super Balls 80g Great for boosting energy, improving mental clarity and ultimately focus Deliciously high in protein, energy and fibre, these energy balls are made from a paste of dates and dried cranberries, orange zest, almonds and flaxseeds, to keep you going all day. They are bound together with coconut oil making them dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan. Needless to say, they do contain nuts (almonds). Flaxseeds alone are high in magnesium, B-vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and fibre, all of which aid with mental clarity, weight loss, and ultimately, focus.
