Creative designs, bright colours and of course that wonderful smell will really bring your whole wedding together. Speak with your event manager about colour matching and themes available. We are also able to assist in putting you in touch with some of Melbourne best florists. DEPOSITS A $1000 deposit is required to secure the booking. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. FINAL NUMBERS & PAYMENTS We require your confirmation of final numbers and dietary requirements 10 working days prior to your event. Payment of any balance owing is due no later than 7 days before your event. Once your final payment has been made, there is no refund even if guest numbers decrease. Any additional charges incurred on the day such as beverages on consumption, a bar tab, or an increase in guest numbers are payable at the conclusion of the event PARKING Next door is paid parking and across the road at Quest we can arrange additional parking. There is also free street parking in the area. ACCOMMODATION We work closely with Quest Brighton on the Bay apartments directly across the road in providing Accommodation solutions for guests. AUDIO VISUAL provides a small range of audio visual solutions including brand new sound system, roof mounted projectors and standard music playlists. For all other AV solutions we work closely with ProAV Solutions and are happy to assist you with any requirements. Charges applicable.
