The hotel is filling up and folks have got the dates, 14-21 February, circled on their calendar. It s going to be fun! Be sure to arrive by Wednesday, 17 February, so you can attend committee business meetings, the Life Member reception and the Awards Banquet on Thursday. The keynote breakfast on Friday is always a draw followed by the EXPO and seminars. Come prepared to learn and share. Remember, for Friday, we ve called for Uniform T (Hawaiian-style shirt) to celebrate Louie Ojeda s coming term as Chief. Here s some good news: the Ship s Store is now carrying Uniform T shirts and there s a holiday 10% coupon available (see page 4). There s a gift idea! Of course, we have our formal meeting Saturday where we ll hear from our partners, conduct Governing Board business, and install our new officers. Then, Saturday evening is the official banquet honoring our new Chief. Many of us are off Sunday for the cruise out of Tampa. Orlando: Come for the friends and stay for the education! As we go to press, the online hotel reservation site, along with the Rosen Centre Hotel, is sold out. Rooms are available in other Rosen hotels close to the Rosen Centre; and our $139/night (plus tax) room rate is being honored, subject to room availability, for reservations made by 3 January 2016. To avoid disappointment, please call the Rosen s central reservations office at 1-800-204-7234, and a member of their reservations team will do their best to assist you. If they cannot get you into the Rosen Centre, they will find you a room in another Rosen hotel. As rooms open up in the Rosen Centre, they will get you back into the Rosen Centre in the order of the bookings to the other Rosen hotels. Arrangements are also being made for transportation for overflow hotel guests to the Rosen Centre. We ve got you covered, but don t delay! Make your reservations by 3 January 2016 to enjoy discounted pricing on activities and meals. To make your reservations by mail, use the registration form on page 8 of this newsletter, but the easiest and best way to make your reservations is to do it online. Here s how: On the USPS website (www.usps.org), log onto the Member Site and click on National Meetings in the left-hand menu. The Event Information link connects to the Begin Reservation Process page. Enter your USPS certificate number and your zip code or PIN number. This will pre-fill your registration form with your member information, making it easier to register for your activities and meals. Reservations may also be made in person at the hotel, with a $10 surcharge and subject to availability. Don t delay: Make your reservations today!

Check back often! There are no official functions from Sunday, 14 February through Wednesday, 17 February. First Aid and CPR/AED training will offered on Wednesday, 17 February. Thursday, 18 February, is devoted to committee meetings. You are welcome to participate in all open sessions. No advance registration is required. Thursday evening we celebrate with our New Life Member Reception and Awards Dinner. Friday, 19 February, begins with our Keynote Breakfast. Make your reservation to hear NASA s Chief Knowledge Officer, Dr. Weiping Yu, our keynote speaker. The rest of the day is devoted to department meetings, free seminars, and EXPO exhibits. If you re a first-timer, you ll be invited to enjoy a special reception Friday evening. Saturday, 20 February, is the day of the official Annual Meeting and Change of Watch. Everyone is welcome to attend. If you are authorized to vote, please be sure to pick up your voting card before this session. Visit the Ship s Store! The Ship s Store will be open 0745-1600 Thursday, 0900-1600 Friday and 0745-1000 Saturday.

Both are available in adult unisex sizing (Small to 4X-Large), in a wrinkle resistant, stain-release, 55/45 cotton/poly poplin blend (4.5 oz.).
