Sensational Salads For your Sensational Salad party you will need Ceviche Veracruz 1lb/455g shrimp, peeled and detailed Juice of 2 lemons, 2 limes, 2 oranges 1 cucumber, seeded and peeled ½ cup red onion 1-2 Jalapeno peppers 1 tomatoe, 1 avocado ¼ cup of cilantro Tortilla Chips, Salt & Pepper Chicken Cobb Salad 2 tbsp. champagne vinegar 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ cup light mayonnaise ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil ¾ cup or 6 slices of pre-cooked bacon 10 oz. spring mix Salad greens 1 avocado, 4 tomatoes 2 chicken breast Tasty Taco Salad 1 lb ground beef or turkey 1-2 tsp Tupperware Southwest Chipotle Seasoning 1 head of lettece, 2 toatoes, 1 onion 1 can of black olives 1 can of kidney beans 1 bag of tortilla chips Simply salsa Ceviche Veracruz Toss shrimp with half of the citrus juices (Lemon Lime Press) and place in SmartSteamer. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Remove and place shrimp in Quick Chef and chop coarsely. Put into a Thasta Bowl. Add remaining citrus juices to the bowl and set aside. Place cucumber, onion and jalapeno in Quick Chef, chop coarsley. Transfer to the bowl with shrimp. Place the tomatoe, avocado and cilantro in Quick Chef and chop coarsely, add to bowl. Stir to combine, add season to taste. Serve with tortilla chips Chicken Cobb Salad In base of Whip N Prep place champagen vinegar, Digon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and olive oil. Cover and mix. Set aside. Crisp bacon on Luncheon Plate for 1 minute. Crumble and set aside. Put chicken breast in TupperwaveStack Cooker 3 qt and cook in microwave for 6 minutes per lb. Place spring mix in Thasta Bowl. Arrange bacon, avocado silices, chopped tomtoes. Chop chicken in Quick Chef and place on top of salad. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Tasty Taco Salad Season meat of choice with Southwest Chipotle Seasoning and brown in Tupperwave Stack Cooker 3 qt with Colander for 6 minutes on high. Mix all ingredients above except chips and Salsa in Thasta Bowl. Crush chips and put on top of other ingredients. Pour on Salsa. Seal and Shake.
Super Easy Supper For your Super Easy Supper party you will need Super Easy Supper 2 cups of green beans (fresh or frozen) 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup brown sugar 3 silces of bacon 1 onion 4-6 boneless chicken breasts 4 new potatoes 3 Granny Smith apples ½ cup red hots Quick Tupper Supper 1 cup rice 1 cup hot water 2 diced chicken breasts Ranch dressing Broccoli Super Easy Supper In the Tupperwave Stack Cooker, using first the 3 qt place green beans, soy sauce, ½ cup brown sugar and bacon. Mix together. In the 1 ¾ qt place seasoned chicken breast, 1 onion sliced and potatoes thinly sliced together. In top of stack cooker place granny smith apple cored and sliced ½ cup brown sugar on top with red hots. Nest all three casseroles, place in microwave on high for 25 minutes. Quick Tupper Supper In the Tupperwave Stack Cooker, using first the 3 qt, place 1 cup of rice in 1 cup of hot water. In the 1 ¾ qt diced chicken breast coated with Ranch Dressing, place in a donut shape. In top of Stack Cooker, Broccoli with a 2 tbsp of water. Nest all three pieces, place in microwave on high for 25 minutes. When done combine all into the middle dish for a great casserole.
Asian Affair For your Asian Affair party you will need Cashew Chicken Lettuce Cups 1 head of lettece 3 chicken breasts 1 tsp sesame oil Yellow onion, fresh ginger 6 garlic cloves ¾ cup hoisin sauce 5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce 1 cup of cashews Steamed Pearl Balls 1 cup rice 1 cup green onions 1 lb meat (turkey, chicken or beef) 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup mushrooms 2 tsp ginger 4 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp sesame oil Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls 1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables 2-3 chicken breasts 2 cups of Rice Cashew Chicken Lettece Cups Separate the outer leaves from the head of lettece, wash, pat dry and set on serving plate. Cut chicken breasts into small chunks, steam in SmartSteamer for 6-8 minutes, set aside. In Chef Series 11 Fry Pan heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Chop onion, ginger and garlic in Quick Chef, add mixture to pan and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken, cashews, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce. Stir and cook until heated through. Serve with lettuce. Steamed Pearl Balls Place 1 cup of rice in a 6 cup bowl, with water to 1 inch above rice and let stand 1 hour. Drain rice in the Double Colander, place on a Luncheon Plate. Combine meat and remaining ingredients in a Thasta Bowl. Stir well using a Saucy Silicone Spatula and form balls. Roll balls in rice. Place in colander tray and steamer base of SmartSteamer Cover, place in microwave on high for 15 minutes. Serve with peanut sauce Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls In the Tupperwave Stack Cooker, 3 qt casserole 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water. In the 1 ¾ qt cube chicken breasts that have been marinated in Teriyaki sauce in the season Serve. In the Top place bag of frozen stir fry vegetables. Stack all level and microwave on high for 25 minutes. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.

Corn or Flour Tortillas Green Enchilada Sauce Mixed Low fat or F/F Jack Cheese & Cheddar Optional: 1 yellow onion, Ortega chilies Chicken & Broccoli Casserole 4 BS Chicken Breasts Garlic Salt to season chicken 2 Heads of Broccoli (chopped) 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (low fat) 1 egg ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 1 cup fat free cheese 2 slices of toast (whole wheat) Shrimp Stir Fry 2 cups minute rice ½ lb 1 lb cooked shrimp 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell, 1 orange bell 1 sm. red or yellow onion ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sesame seed oil 1 clove of Garlic Chicken Enchildas Add Southwest Chipotle seasonings into meat, the onions may be added now or at the end. Cook chicken in 1 ¾ quart Tupperware Stack Cooker piece for 6 min. per lb. Use 3 qt. Stack cooker (the base) and pour some of the enchilada sauce into the base of the Stack cooker. Then place tortillas into base and cover with another layer of sauce. Layer meat, cheese, onions, chilies, and tortilla with sauce. Continue to make layers until complete. Cook for 10-12 min. Make sure to let stand 3-4 minutes for completion Chicken & Broccoli Casserole Add garlic, salt and pepper to season meat, the onions may be added now or at the end. Cook chicken in base of Tupperware Stack Cooker. Shred chicken and set aside. Mix egg, cream of mushroom soup, & cayenne pepper and set aside. Rinse broccoli & place in Rock N Serve and cook in microwave for 5 min. Drain any excess water and add shredded chicken on top of broccoli cover with soup mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave for 7 10 min. Cut toast slices into pieces. Sprinkle on top and serve. Shrimp Stir Fry Place rice and water in base of Stack Cooker. Cover and cook for 12 min. stopping at 7 mins. Stack 1 ¾ qt on top of rice with all Cut veggies pieces. After rice and veggies cook for 5 7 min. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seed oil, Garlic and pour on top of veggies. Add Shrimp and stir. Microwave 2 3 min. and serve on top of rice.
Sizzlin Soups For your Watching Your Weight party you will need 0 Point Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup 3 cups nonfat beef /vegetable/chicken broth 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 TBSP tomato paste 2 cups chopped cabbage ½ yellow onion ½ cup chopped carrots ½ cup green beans ½ cup chopped zucchini ½ tsp basil ½ tsp oregano Salt & pepper Chipotle Taco Soup 1 lb Cooked Ground Beef OR Cooked Cubed Chicken seasoned with Southwest Chipotle 2 Cans of Pinto Beans (Do not drain anything) 1 Can of Kidney Beans (or Black Eyed Peas) 1 Can of Green Chili s (optional) 1 Can of Corn 1-2 Cans of Green Beans 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes 1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Original 3 tlbs of Tupperware Southwest Chipotle 1 ½ Cups of Water Hearty Minestrone 2-14 ½ oz cans of beef broth 1 14 ½ oz can Italian StewedTomatoes 1-14 oz can Kidney beans ½ cup water ½ cup onion (chopped) ½ cup carrots ¼ tsp pepper 0 Point Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup Add onions carrots and garlic in Stack Cooker and cook for 5 minutes. Add broth, Tomato paste, cabbage, green beans, basil, oregano and Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook for a about 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender then add the zucchini and simmer for another 5 or so minutes. I have tried different variations. Leaving out green beans. Adding chopped green onions in addition to the yellow onion. All very good. Chicken Taco Soup Simmer all items for 20 Minutes in 6 quart Tupperware Dutch Oven. Option: Cut ingredients in half and Cook for 5 minutes in 3 quart base of Stack cooker Hearty Minestrone Combine broth, tomatoes, kidney beans, water, onion, carrots, & pepper in 3 qt stack cooker and cook for 5-10 mins until veggies are soft.

Next add cream cheese and Stir (with blade) until smooth. Put into the 6 1/4 cup Heat & Serve/Oval cooker base and microwave on 5% to 7% power until hot, 4 to 8 min. depending on your microwave. Then serve with bread, crackers, celery With out the cream cheese it s 7 points for the whole thingj With the Fat Free Cream cheese it s 11J Low Fat Bean Dip Layer in Lg. shallow Rock N Serve/ Stack Cooker starting with beans on the bottom, then salsa, sour cream, and top with cheese. Microwave 5 min. Top with sliced green onions and serve with celery or any vegetable for a low fat snack. Simply Salsa Using Tupperware Quick Chef chop Cilantro. Next add onion and chop in Quick Chef until are finely chopped. Add all other seasonings and ingredients and chop/mix all together. Serve with any of your favorite Mexican dinners or with your favorite chips for a wonderful appetizer! Death by Chocolate Cake Mix all ingredients together. Place the cover of the Stack cooker in the Microwave upside down to use as a trivet. Pour cake mix into the 3 qt Tupperwave Casserole dish with cone in center. Place in the Microwave on top of the trivet and cook on high for 6-10 (minutes depending on your microwave wattage) If you don t have a carousel, turn the cake every couple of minutes. Enjoy!
