If the name is not on the bag ask their name and fill it out for them. Make sure the bag is filled out completely. Check these specific areas: wich choice, size of wich, and type of bread. Guest may also choose a salad, lettucewich, or spinach wrap for their wich choice instead of a bread option. Circle items that have an additional charge with a blue sharpie. This will draw attention to the items ordered and decrease the chances of a teammate missing them. This will also help you ring in the correct items. If the Make It A Meal section is filled out ask the guest which drink they would like and have them choose their chips.
